3. YouTube eLearning Videos
The NCCC eLearning Youtube channel provides
short videos to support NCCC faculty using
Blackboard Learn for teaching hybrid and online
courses. You can also search Youtube.com using
the tag ncccelearning to view additional videos.
4. KHAN Academy
This non-for-profit site provides
educational resources in the areas
of math, science, computer
science, finance, economics and
humanities. “The Khan Academy's
materials and resources are
available to you completely free
of charge.”
5. MERLOT
Putting Educational Innovations Into Practice -
Find peer reviewed online teaching and learning
materials. Share advice and expertise about
education with expert colleagues. Be recognized
for your contributions to quality education.
6. Zoom Cloud Meeting
The eLearning Department offers Zoom Cloud
Meeting as a collaboration tool for video
conferencing. This tool offers online meetings
with up to 25 attendees along with the ability to
record the conference for later viewing. Start a
meeting and share your screen with just a click.

7. Embedded Librarian
Librarians are moving beyond web
pages and online research guides and
becoming online instructional partners
“embedded” into your online and
hybrid classes. Librarians can partner
with you, participate in your online
discussion boards and offer students
help finding and linking to resources
such as books, articles, videos,
databases and scholarly websites.
8. Atomic Learning is a resource that is free for
NCCC Online/Hybrid Faculty and Students.
• There are thousands of online software training
tutorials and technology integration resources
available.
• You must access Atomic Learning through
Blackboard. You can access Atomic Learning through
tools from with an online or hybrid course.

10. NCCC Quality Matters Peer Review
• Is a volunteer program that evaluates the
design of online and blended courses using
Open SUNY OSCQR Rubric.
• The OSCQR Rubric was built by Open SUNY
incorporating the theories of Community of
Inquiry framework (COI) for Teaching, Social,
and Cognitive Presence.
