The European Language Portfolio is a document for recording language learning experiences and reflecting on intercultural experiences, developed by the Council of Europe to support autonomy, plurilingualism, and intercultural competence. It has three parts - a language passport, learning skills section, and dossier - to document language skills, qualifications, cultural experiences, and personal works demonstrating abilities.
