Open Repositories 2011: Embedding Institutional Deposit into the Scholarly Workflow

The document discusses Mendeley's efforts over 2 years to embed institutional deposit into the scholarly workflow by developing a direct user repository access (DURA) tool that integrates with Mendeley's reference manager and allows users to deposit research outputs into their institutional repository with a single click. A pilot project with the University of Cambridge launched in July to test the DURA tool.
