The App Store changed the mobile app landscape by offering a revolutionary experience and distribution channel for iPhone and iPod touch users. It saw 3 billion downloads in the first 18 months. While competition aims to catch up, Apple's CEO Steve Jobs saw no signs of it at the time. The App Store opened up opportunities for smaller developers and publishers by lowering barriers to entry, though finding discoverability remained a challenge. As the mobile market continued to grow, expectations were that open app stores would support more devices and applications, and that mobile and PC platforms might converge in the future.

Why "mobile first" isn't enough - Developing a better user experienceKevin Powell
"Mobile first," is a concept that serves us well as a design tool, putting constraints on our messaging, layout, etc. But to use "mobile first" as a complete mobile strategy can lead to some dangerous lines of thought.
There's a bigger picture that needs to be seen, and it's what we've always done when developing experiences for the web. We need to put the "Experience First." Then we can think about "mobile", "desktop", "lean-back", and whatever other technologies are released in the next several years. It's not about devices, it's about users and experiences.

BYOD for tablets and smartphones represents only the first shock of the mobile explosion. There is an even larger change coming, one defined by greater (not less) heterogeneity in device and OS, combined with myriad of new data sources. Driving all of it is a demand for ever-richer user experiences - a new kind of "experience economy", where the winners are those companies that deliver the most compelling experiences to the user's device of choice. In this presentation to the Washington Area CTO Roundtable, Appcelerator co-founder and CTO Nolan Wright investigates what these changes mean to the ways we build apps, connect them to public and enterprise data, and measure the results - as well as what it all suggests for the future of enterprise IT.

Top 3 market place comparison amazon vs alibaba vs ebayWeDigTech
Amazon! Alibaba! eBay!... Rock the turf!!!
This infographic is all about stating the difference between the three largest prominent e-commerce rostrums- Alibaba, Amazon and eBay. These three have their own robust status in the online market. Yet, every single thing is unique from others in any term. It’s a part of the globalization that each and every website is mushrooming in the market with its own recognition and identity.
This infographic reveals the difference in the terms of the revenue growth, earning per share in the 4th quarter of 2014. It just parameter matters. At some jiffy, one is ahead and the other at a different moment. Moreover, their goals for the future and operation comparisons, viz., consumer credit services, direct sales, etc. are distinctive as they are. Same, their payment services also differ.
What you do is to just have an eye on this infographic and feel the difference.
- the application of the skills of electronic publishing and its mechanisms from the beginning and until the arrival of the source to the target groups.2 - briefing programs used for electronic publishing and the ability to evaluate to determine the most appropriate for the target.3 - the ability to know the areas that should be employed in electronic publishing, media type appropriate for that.

If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.
