librarians, students, non-teaching personnel, and faculty
• The librarians must continually attend marketing seminars,
education, and training courses, to ensure that marketing
becomes a higher priority in the promotion of library services and
activities.
• Librarians must use varied marketing strategies in promoting
their services and activities, i.e. web marketing, making virtual
connections from the library’s physical space, traditional
marketing, etc.
• Evaluation of library services must be continually carried out to
ensure customer satisfaction
