Position Summary
The Area Superintendent - AMS is directly responsible and accountable for efficiently deploying
equipment, materials, and personnel to job sites and ensures the delivery of safe, reliable, efficient
and professional aftermarket services to our customers. He or she also contributes to achieving AMS
profitability targets by generating new AMS upsell opportunities from existing customers, reducing
operational expenses, and maximizing the utilization of our overhaul shops and field technicians.
Responsibilities
Manages the day to day AMS Operations.
Assists the AMS Support Coordinator in vendor coordination, logistic coordination, and inter-
departmental coordination.
Assists in ensuring quoted projects are managed within profit margin without compromising
safety and quality, and the clients’ requirements and timeline.
Plans and coordinates AMS activities and resources including manpower, equipment, etc in a
safe manner.
Monitors the schedule progress, man-hour, materials requirement, mobilization plans, etc by
