Position Summary
The Area Superintendent - AMS is directly responsible and accountable for efficiently deploying
equipment, materials, and personnel to job sites and ensures the delivery of safe, reliable, efficient
and professional aftermarket services to our customers. He or she also contributes to achieving AMS
profitability targets by generating new AMS upsell opportunities from existing customers, reducing
operational expenses, and maximizing the utilization of our overhaul shops and field technicians.
Responsibilities
 Manages the day to day AMS Operations.
 Assists the AMS Support Coordinator in vendor coordination, logistic coordination, and inter-
departmental coordination.
 Assists in ensuring quoted projects are managed within profit margin without compromising
safety and quality, and the clients’ requirements and timeline.
 Plans and coordinates AMS activities and resources including manpower, equipment, etc in a
safe manner.
 Monitors the schedule progress, man-hour, materials requirement, mobilization plans, etc by
working and maintaining close communication with clients, contractors and other internal
departments.
 Expedites supply of materials, manpower and other related items to meet AMS client
timelines.

 Coordinates deployment of equipment, materials and personnel to the job site at optimum
utilization and minimum cost across one or more service delivery processes.
 Compiles and conveys job-specific information to AMS Field Service Technicians, Customers
and/or Senior Manager(s).
 Coordinates work with Customer, Contractors and AMS Support Coordinator to minimize
equipment downtime and most effectively utilize personnel.
 Sets the model regarding health, safety, environmental policies, standards and process
improvement.
 Serves as an optional contact for the customer and provides technical/operation expertise in
response to customer inquiries.
 Motivates the personnel under his supervision.
 Leads field/shop staff appraisal process and report performance to the Management.
 Participates in personnel planning and development, performance management, team
building and manpower requirements.
 Reviews and approves material requisitions up to Policy 401-1 authority limit
 Visits sites monthly and submits facility inspection reports
 Visits customers at least once per week
 Holds quarterly service quality meetings with customers
 Provides strong communication in the following areas:
 Customer: Operational expertise, as well as Pre & Post job call backs
 Field Sales: Specific sales needs
 AMS Field Service Techs: Job specific information, feedback and training needs
 AMS Support Coordinator: Resources/material needs

RECERTIFICATION audit by TUV Nord in 2010
 Handled a strategic position and responsibility (as the Project Quality Engineer) during the
Gbaran Ubie EPF construction works from 2009 until 2011
 Filled in the gap for any need to use a 3rd party vendor service during the Threaded Fittings
Mitigation Project for the Gbaran Ubie EPF in 2011

 Worked as the JV Project Engineer for Hanover during the construction phase of the CCGP
