Responsibilities:
Review and verify the completed DED package from DeltaAfrik, including updating the
existing drawings as necessary, and determining any additional Scope of Work.
• Prepare all necessary drawings, schedules, data sheets, MTO’s.
• Perform design calculations necessary to select and size the electrical facilities and
distribution systems. These calculations will include, but are not limited to, cable/wire
sizing and selection, switching equipment and overload calculations, light illumination
calculation, grounding & bonding and lightning protection etc.
• Review and verify all new electrical installations and modifications implemented by
TVM project and incorporate them accordingly into DED where necessary.
Project:
CHEVRON NGERIA LIMITED (CNL) ,TANKS 1,10,2, & 8 REPAIR AND UPGRADE
PROJECT.
(OVER $7 MILLION) FOR SIX (6) MONTHS DURATION.
• Prepare all necessary drawings, schedules, data sheets, MTO’s and other
related documents necessary for project realization.
• Perform design calculations necessary to select and size the electrical facilities and
distribution systems. These calculations will include, but are not limited to, cable/wire
sizing and selection, switching equipment and overload calculations, light illumination
calculation, grounding & bonding and lightning protection etc.
• Review and verify all new electrical installations and modifications implemented by

CHEVRON NGERIA LIMITED (CNL) ,MEREN WIP REVAMP STAGE 2 DED. (OVER $19
MILLION) FOR EIGHT (8) MONTHS DURATION.
Review FEED study and verify Electrical recommendations.
• Review all platform lighting / emergency lighting to identify areas for
refurbishment / upgrade. Minimum lighting levels to be in accordance with
API14F.
• Review all existing equipment loads to confirm integrity of the present system.
Contractor to prepare a load study report, to consider existing loads and loads
subsequent to proposed system modifications.
• Provide scope of work, including all necessary design documentation, detailing
system modifications.
• Identify the load requirements for the new control room and evaluate spare capacity.• Produce
specifications for:• Identify any additional load requirements and evaluate spare capacity.
• Produce Asbuilt Electrical equipment layouts for MCC building and identify
equipment for replacement / refurbishment.
