employers to capture the details of the employees during their service period. It provides the benefits of
following HRMS modules. Time and attendance management, labor benefits, leave, benefits, Recruitment
and Appraisal process, self-servicing portal, international travel in along with Payroll and Tax Process.

Description: Self Service Portal and global Payroll
Human Resource Portal is a self-servicing portal which can be integrated with ORION HRMS and
Payroll. The web portal used to reduce the dependency of payroll with the following modules Recruitment,
Leave, Loan, and Transfer, local and international Travel, overtime and HR appraisal process by using

3. Orion collaborator is a .NET based Sales CRM web application used to improve the sales process
of a business Based organization which can be integrated with ERP applications. The application will
contain the following modules to provide the following modules to engage with customers effectively.
Customer Creation, Event Management, Competitor and issue Management.
Key Responsibilities taken:
• Involved in application demo, requirement gathering and gap analysis to customization.
