Below were my responsibilities:
 Generate report for all the claims to be reimbursed to employees after claims are approved in
WWER by Operations team.
• Monitoring SLA for processing employee reimbursements.
• Preparation of daily SLA reports for internal reporting of the claims processed, held, rejected.
• Preparation of Weekly & monthly deck which gives an overview of the performance of
various teams in the Departments.
•Vendor Management. (Maintaining bill processing and follow-ups).
• Preparation of monthly dashboard which gives the graphical representation of the monthly
performance of the travel claims cleared by different teams.
• Monitoring and tracking of business performance.
• Responsible to Produce and analyze daily efficiency reports (representative availability, access level
etc.)

Responsibility: Below were my responsibilities:
 Vendor Management. (Maintaining records of Vendors, bill processing’s and follow-ups).
 Handled Claims processing of IBM India employees traveland non -travel claims asper the different policies
of IBM
 Involved in recovering the duplicate payment and excess payments done to the employees.
 Coordinate with employees for recovery of the duplicate & Excess amount, in turn educating the employees
the different travel policies so as to reduce the duplicate payment occurring again
 Involved in educating the employees in raising the claims to reduce the held and rejection number of claims
 Single point of contact in sending out various mails pertaining to held, rejection and education mailers to
employees, which helps in reducing the errors in claims.
 Co-ordinating with accounting team members in accounting activities (Ensure payment files/documents are
duly signed by respective authorized signatories & handover the document to Bank on time.)
 Co-ordination and development with team of Process Executives.
 Ensure retrieval of approved claims as requested by Pre auditors/BC/Review team/Audit team should be
retrieved within 1 working day.
 Consolidating Daily trackers, updating & Dispatching the rejected vouchers to the employees and
coordinating with dispatch team and employees for tracing non- receipt of claims
 Control points are worked on timely basis & relevant approvals are obtained from their respective managers.
 Resolving queries of clients/employees on a day-to-day basis, ensuring within minimum TAT.
 Ensure 100% policy adherence
 Progress towards being audit ready at all times.
