With our  solution we offer a rack of  4 x 300 l @ 300 bars with a capacity of 1200 liters for roughly 336 Nm3 of gas. Our rack weight go down to 640 kgs (cylinders only) For a similar floor space (1.4 m2)
For each delivery you’ll make with our solution you’ll deliver 2.5 time more gas to your customer than with your actual racks. In other words, instead of sending a truck, let’s say, once a week to change the bottles, you’ll send your truck only once every two weeks and a half.  You just saved 1.5 trips to this customer, thus reducing your distribution cost by 60 %.
You whish to save even further? Choose our cylinders designed for 500 bars service pressure In this case you’ll carry up to 486 Nm3, or 3.5 times more than with your actual solution. So you save 2.5 trip to the same customer, and reduce your delivery cost by 71% !

Tanks to our modular rack system we can equip 40 feet ISO containers (either 1AA or 1AAA) with 80 cylinders. Total capacity of the container will vary depending on cylinder size and pressure (as per table hereafter) (Container top view)

Short return on investment For the bulk, full trailers, we considered: - your trailers run about 100 000 km per year - your freight cost per km is 1,5 Euro. Using  the  previous data, we added up the cost of the initial investment, for  the  trailer, and the cost of freight for each option (your actual trailer vs our trailer).In both cases the total amount of gas delivered is the same.  Cost break even after just about 18 months. After that time, you start saving on every trip you make with our trailer. Over the lifetime of the trailer (25 years), savings can reach up to 6 million Euro in freight only (we considered a fixed freight cost, but in reality this cost should raise due to higher gas price, thus increasing your savings…)

  • 19. Short return on investment For the bulk, full trailers, we considered: - your trailers run about 100 000 km per year - your freight cost per km is 1,5 Euro. Using the previous data, we added up the cost of the initial investment, for the trailer, and the cost of freight for each option (your actual trailer vs our trailer).In both cases the total amount of gas delivered is the same. Cost break even after just about 18 months. After that time, you start saving on every trip you make with our trailer. Over the lifetime of the trailer (25 years), savings can reach up to 6 million Euro in freight only (we considered a fixed freight cost, but in reality this cost should raise due to higher gas price, thus increasing your savings…)
