This document summarizes an occupational therapy workshop focused on narratives of people living with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The workshop aimed to consider occupations and the use of narratives in research and clinical practice. Participants engaged in activities like writing and sharing their own occupational narratives. The workshop presented research on narratives and how they are used in different fields. It also shared the key themes that emerged from narratives of five individuals living with RA, such as changing occupations, environmental factors, taking control, and hopes/dreams. The workshop concluded with an invitation for discussion on what was learned and its relevance to clinical practice.
