Northeast Hsr

This document discusses the Northeast regional rail network, which consists of the Northeast Corridor spine from Boston to Washington D.C. and several connecting corridors. It notes the network serves over 50 million people and carries over 2,500 trains and 260 million riders annually. However, many segments are near or at capacity.
