* Non-verbal communication is a system of symbolic behaviors 
that includes all forms of communication excepts words. 
* In other word, Nonverbal communication is the process 
of communication through sending and receiving wordless 
(mostly visual) cues between people.
Importance 
* Nonverbal communication 
plays a crucial role on 
communication. 
* It represents two-thirds of 
all communication. 
* According to surveys,

1. Kinesics 
* It is nonverbal behavior related to movement of any part of 
the body or the body as a whole such as: eye contact, facial 
expression, emotions, gesture, posture, etc
Examples for kinesics 
 holding his finger in a ring shape or ok gesture 
 This indicates that person is saying some important 
thing.
* In this picture, his head is tilted. 
* Both palms are open. 
* Both are sign of openness.
2. Paralanguage 
* Paralanguage is communication through nonverbal sounds 
and it conveys emotions and attitudes such as: pitch, 
volume, rate, quality, intonation, etc
Example for paralanguage 
* To make it clear, we can compare paralanguage in different 
emotions.
