The Problem
 Venture Capital does not always work …
 A single group or team is not enough to be truly present on the
global landscape. Often, after a few initial years, opportunities
become polarized and ideas flows die out.
 While we spend hours in examining plans and doing due
diligence, investment results are more and more uncertain in a
highly dispersed eco-system of investing opportunities.

 The network is composed of NODES and enables synergic
interactions.
 A worldwide network developed with a specific structure and local
components, replicated in the main innovation areas in the world.

 Each node has a defined structure and global and local participants.
 Knowledge repositories, opportunities generation and perpetual
knowledge flow and exchange creates a constant communication
channel among the nodes.

 Each NODE contains specific areas and player, in order to
generate value and cross-pollinate ideas and projects and to
pragmatically convert project concepts to real, revenue-
generating companies.
