between research on new technologies and

We are present where innovation is made, in particular in Silicon Valley and in Israel.
We design and develop projects with inventors, partners, research groups and
universities in US, Middle East and Europe, to provide our clients with the most
innovative strategies, approaches, models and solutions.
WHAT WE DO
We participate in several research groups, studying future trends, technology
evolution and future adoption models. We conduct experimental projects with
Partner Organizations and Research Centers in the US and Europe, like the IEEE, the
Institute for the Future and NATO Modelling & Simulation Workgroup.
We have four main areas of expertise:
• Virtual Reality
• 3D Training Simulations
• Avatars & Virtual Assistants
• Technology Strategic Planning
We have 9 years of experience and projects delivered in the domain of online virtual
reality and virtual worlds. In many case we develop with the technologies we use,
since alpha phase, acquiring a deep knowledge of the different architectures and
environments.
3D BUSINESS GAMES
• Among our 3D Virtual Reality services, we develop 3D Immersive Business Games,
which are 3D serious games used as educational tools for teaching business
practices.
• Simulative Business Games are useful to train on various topics in business training,
from general management to finance, hospitality, organizational behavior, human
resources and marketing or to study economics models through simulations.
• Qbit’s business games are simulations of real business environments, ideal to train in
the following areas:
• hard and soft skills, strategic thinking, decision making, problem solving, financial
analysis, market analysis, operations management, teamwork and leadership;
• 3D Simulation Games are also ideal in the evaluation process of learners'
performances, quantitatively and qualitatively, as they allow behavioral monitoring
during the game.
EXAMPLES OF 3D ENVIRONMENTS
FOR BUSINESS GAMES
• The player is within a simulated environment and he is asked to make individual or team
based decisions on how to act in the simulations, according to specific event or a story-line.
• The player has multiple choice alternatives and the scenario is played out following a flexible
scheme, based on which decisions the learner makes, based on the content and events
provided in the simulation.
• Throughout the simulation or at given time intervals feedback is provided to teachers and
students.
• Qbit’s Business Games are based on a general, but effective process:
• theoretical instruction: the teacher goes through a theory;
• introduction to the game: the participants are told how to play the game;
• playing the game: students get the opportunity to practice their knowledge and skills by
changing different parameters of the game and learning from the possible consequences
of these changes.
• debriefing: teacher and students discuss together about the experience and results.
HOW IT WORKS
THE PROPOSAL
• A 3D collaborative business game environment, offering an innovative learning
methodology, based on the last generation 3D platforms and graphic engines.
• The 3D Business Game will be designed according to the needs and the content
of the training process which we need to simulate.
• The environment can be installed on own servers or virtual servers and accessible
from any operating system. It can also run locally, depending on the project
needs.
• The basics of simulative games is collaboration, although each game can be for
single users to engage in, it is advisable to develop collaborative training
simulations to benefit the most out of the technology.
THE BENEFITS
• Simulated Learning by Doing. Students experience and test their
competences in situations before encountering them in real life.
• Students experiment and test hypotheses.
• The topics learned are more sticky to students’ memory, as compared to
when taught passively from books.
• Business Games are virtual worlds, completely safe, where to create
unlimited events and simulate risks as well as representing real
scenarios, while keeping costs low, compared to real life simulations.
• Business Games are collaborative training simulations, where many
students can interact in real time.
• Business Games run on web through common browsers, locally with
custom interfaces or Apps and are compatible with desktop and mobile
devices.

We conduct experimental projects with Partner Organizations and Research Centers in the US and Europe, like the IEEE, the Institute for the Future and NATO Modelling & Simulation Workgroup. In many case we develop with the technologies we use, since alpha phase, acquiring a deep knowledge of the different architectures and environments.

THE PROPOSAL • A 3D collaborative business game environment, offering an innovative learning methodology, based on the last generation 3D platforms and graphic engines. • The 3D Business Game will be designed according to the needs and the content of the training process which we need to simulate. • The environment can be installed on own servers or virtual servers and accessible from any operating system. It can also run locally, depending on the project needs. • The basics of simulative games is collaboration, although each game can be for single users to engage in, it is advisable to develop collaborative training simulations to benefit the most out of the technology.
