Clear thick stretchy Discharge but OPK says no LH surge?
I’m really confused as i am on day 16 of my cycle and had clear thick discharge but i tested for
Ovulation it was negative. I also have slight stomach cramps and lower back pain. Can anyone
explain this to me… is it possible to OVulate and not show up on OPK? coupl eof days ago
discharge was cream thick stretchy. sorry for too much info!!

I’ve never used OPK, but that discharge sounds like fertile discharge. Also, if you chart your
morning (before getting out of bed) body temp you can get a confirmation on ovulation day.

why is there no LH surge line In OPK??
ok My period started on Sep 27th and ended Oct 3rd Its usually always on the same dates
every month & lasts for 7 days, I have been using ovulation tests and I today I dont see any LH
line???? Should i bee ovulating today?

I never every got 2 blue lines with the opk then at 4 months fell preg, but lost it at 7 weeks….
Then the 6 month (2 weeks after i misscarried) i got the 2 blue lines… Yay… Hopefully this month
is the month again….
Try a clear blue fertility moniter they r a little expensive but r ment 2 be fantastic.. Look on ebay

3. Did i miss my OPK surge? (pics included!)?
Well the pictures below have the CD on them. I have been trying for 5 months with no success,
so i decided to try OPK‘s this month. Basically as you will see there was no line except for a
faint line (which i read is normal). Then on CD 7 it was pretty dark but not darker than the
control line. Well today CD8 the line is not as dark as yesterday. So do you think i missed my
surge lastnite? Or did i just have a random LH surge?
Additional: AF only lasted about three days, very light, mostly spotting (Nov15th). Thought i was
preg. but test are all neg.
I know some people will say its too early to ovulate..but I could just be the weird one that
ovulates early?.
If the picture is too small press ctrl and + to zoom in on the keyboard.
My opk directions say to stop testing when my period stops. So that’s when i started. It’s a
pack of 30.

Don’t worry, they’re all negative tests, don’t think you missed your surge. Even the ones that
have a relatively darker line are definitely negative.
We have LH in our systems all the time, some days more than others, which is probably what
the tests picked up, but the surge that occurs prior to ovulation will produce a very dark line,
probably darker than the control line and at least as dark as it. I don’t think you’ve ovulated yet.

Hi I am 9 DPO, as you know I am a POAS (pee on a stick addict).
I got my LP on Sept 20, 2008.
Got my first positive LH/OPK surge on CD15/16.
According to fertility friend I ovulated the same day LH surge (CD15)
Baby dance 12 hours prior to LH surge turn positive.
I know, i know that it is way too early. I was just hoping that I would see a faint line as few
women got their BFP at 8-9DPO. Well, guess what it was a BFN!, huh huh huh huh huh!.
1-4DPO nothing unusual.

5. I have been crampy since 5DPO to now 9DPO.
Had a significant cramping at 6DPO, bad ones too.
Temp shoot up at 8DPO.
Sneezing non-stop for 2 days 8-9DPO.
Nagging cramp from 7DPO to now 9DPO.
Felt nauseated 8-9DPO.
My body felt so hot,, got a waves of hot flashes on 9DPO (with
bare skin and temp inside the house is 74 degree).
Take note, that I dont feel any cramps right after my ovulation.
I hope this is a good sign. What you all think?
Please be nice and no rude comments, and oh by the way my husband and I are TTC for 12
months with no luck.

We literally are in the same boat, our LMP is the same day. Just think only a few more days and
we can test. However, I don’t know which day I ovulated exactly, I only keep track of CM. For
me I never get a BFP until my period is 2 weeks late making me 6 weeks along. I too think I’m
pregnant, or should I say at different times of the day I’m positive I’m pregnant where as other
times I’m positive I’m not. I guess that’s normal. You definantly have some positive signs,
although I don’t know about the sneezing. Waiting is the worst isn’t it?

OPK shows ovulation, but no temperature drop, should I worry?
So this month I saw the LH Surge indicator on my OPK and expected my temperature to drop
at ovulation, and then shoot right back up. It didn’t drop, it just shoot up… should I be
concerned? I thought all women should see a drop and then rise in temperature. I heard some
where that it mean indicate bad egg quality, is that true? I am 27 btw

I rarely get a temp drop before ovulation. I’ve never heard that it’s an indication of egg quality. I
guess it just means you have less estrogen in your system (that’s what causes the drop). Good
