Visual merchandising manager EMEA region
Main responsibilities:
•  Retail owned stores support:
•  Seasonal VM guidelines to maximize commercial opportunities in the stores.
•  Support underperforming stores with a performance plan looking at store routing, product
presentation, assortment, etc.
•  Store openings in EMEA region: signing off commercial store lay-out and routing,
selecting with B&M the opening collection, creating visual plans, hands on VM on site &
training and supporting new store staff.
•  Franchise & SIS support:
•  Creating seasonal VM guidelines to maximize commercial opportunities in the stores.
•  Creating training tool for country teams to train store staff etc.
•  Translating the Global new store concept for the European market.
•  Creating new Global VM guidelines for all sport categories.
•  Product presentation and mannequin dressing for Special executions & line openings.
