Health checks
 Providing the NHS health check at work for all our staff (not just for the >40) so that
staff are able to access it more easily, and receive better signposting and support.
Helping staff get the health services they need
 Providing capacity for staff to access physiotherapy, as well as other services, e.g
smoking cessation and weight management services.
 Provided alcohol and substance misuse training to staff during all staff meeting.
 Provided smoking cessation training and information to staff during all staff
meeting.
Weight Loss Challenge
Our health and wellbeing plans included

Physical activity
 Worked with local authority to establish and promote a local physical activity offer
Organised walks by individuals and teams in the CCG
 Offering cycle to work schemes
Mental Health
 Providing First Aid Mental Health Training for staff
 All staff provided with mindfulness app and mindfulness training provided to staff
Workplace Wellbeing Charter
 Completed and gained Excellence Award.
 Advised the trust on their CQUIN submission plans
