Change​ ​Management
Training​ ​conducted​ ​on

SPC Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. has started
“Operational excellence” project in
May-17. We have conducted “Change
Management Training” on 04th Oct-2017
at their HO Vadodara. Change
management is an approach to
transitioning individuals, teams, and
organizations to a desired future state. As
a outcome of the training, Change
management plan was created includes
the actions, phases of the plan, the
persons accountable for the actions, the
timing, communication with team
members, desired results, expected
positive and negative responses to the
change, anticipated obstacles, as well as
plans to remove the obstacles and
negative​ ​responses.
IATF​ ​16949:2016​ ​Internal
Auditor​ ​Training
CBEPL has organized a 3-day IATF
16949:2016 Internal Auditor Training
in-house in S.K.Industries from 9th to
11th​ ​October​ ​2017.
One of the automotive industry’s most
widely used international standards for
quality management, IATF 16949, is
evolving with the publication of a new
global industry standard by the
International Automotive Task Force
(IATF). It is one of the mandatory
requirement for all automotive and
supporting​ ​industries​ ​at​ ​present
International​ ​Accredited
Lean​ ​Management
champion​ ​training​ ​in
October​ ​2017
CBEPL has successfully Completed
and received overwhelming response
for International Accredited Lean
Management Champion Training
which was held on 28th & 29th
October 2017 at hotel Four Points by
Sheraton.
The Participants from Various
companies like UPL, Welspun
Corp.Ltd, Axtel Industries Ltd,
American infosource Pvt. Ltd,Siemens
Gamesa Renewable Power Pvt. Ltd
have participated in this interactive
program.

2. DOE(Design​ ​Of
Experiment)​ ​Training
CBEPL has conducted a Two Day
Training Program on “Design of
Experiments” (DOE) at L&T Knowledge
City, Vadodara on 25 and 26
September’17. Sr. and Middle Level
Executives from L&T Technical Services
and R&D attended the Session. We
received a very good feedback from the
participant

Sep​ ​2017​ ​at​ ​Gandhinagar.
Shankersinh Vaghela Bapu Institute of
Technology (SVBIT) was established in
the year 2009 with the approval of AICTE
and affiliated to Gujarat technological
University (GTU), offering six courses in
Bachelor of Engineering, with a total
annual intake of 540. The college is
situated at Gandhinagar – Mansa road,
about 7 km from Gandhinagar, in a
sprawling​ ​40​ ​acre​ ​lush​ ​green​ ​campus.
