EXPERIENCE AND REPONSIBILITIES
 Joined Cartini India Limited( Godrej Group ) as Graduate Engineer Trainee
(Production) in July 2011
 Working as Senior Executive ( Production ) in Cartini India Limited from January 2013 to
current date
 Ensure availability of components as per set inventory level for MTO(Make To
Order),MTA(Make To Assemble) & NPI(New Product Introduction)
 Allocation of manpower and machines to production orders & execution as per set targets.
 Review with cell-coordinators for shortfall & suggest CAPA.
 Monitor and off load Critical Constraint Resources, seek help if required.
 Cycle time monitoring and improvement.
 Follow up for tools & raw material required. Anticipate non availability & escalate.
 Track & improve OEE of press shop & die casting machines.
 Track & improve yield of press shop & die casting operations.
 Control raw material & consumables spillage. Mixing of scrap in different grades/
components.
 Track, analyze & take CAPA for rework, rejection & customer returns.
 Ensure TOC way of working is followed, DBM is done to maintain optimum inventory.
 Ensure 1st
piece inspection & process control is carried out & data recorded.

 Co-ordinate with respective teams for execution of strategic initiatives.
 Calculate manpower required & co-ordinate with HR for availability.
 Identify training needs, impart internal/ external training to enhance multi skilling & skill
matching factor.
 Allocate manpower in shifts as per requirements & reduce overtime.
 Improve up time of machines by releasing machines for PM & effectively coordinating with
maintenance for break downs.
 Promote 5s & KAIZEN culture.
 Maintain records required for ISO 9001:2008, implement OHSAS & EMS as per timeline.
 Ensure housekeeping and safety at work place. Carry out hazard identification & plan for
elimination/ reduction.
 Ensure proper PPE is available & used as per operational requirement.
 Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the
workflow of the department.
 Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
 Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
 Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor
and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
ACHIEVEMENTS
 Was sent for training of “Die casting process” at Godrej & Boyce Locks Division, Vikroli,
Mumbai as a part of shifting processes from Godrej to Cartini. Started die casting process in
Cartini India Limited. Trained Operators and stabilized the process.
 Stabilized 3 new components in die casting by taking trials and setting parameters for the
dies.
 Devendored 2 components by producing them in house.
 Implemented 5s in die casting shop in 6 month and made it better place to work
 Certified ISO internal auditor.
 Was “General Secretary” of Higher Secondary School
 Participated in National School Games (Athletics) at Bangalore and Jalpaigudi.
 Two times State Champion in State games (athletics) for secondary schools
