Mega Cleaning Day ​@
Steelfur Storage systems
Pvt.Ltd.
Steelfur Storage Systems is one of the
Pioneering Organizations in the field of
Storage Solutions like Rack & Cabinets
for Super Markets, Industrial Storage &
superior products to fit every need.
Steelfur has started the journey of
improvement i.e. Operational Excellence
at both Makarpura and Waghodia Plant,
this journey is given unique identity and it
is known as Project "BRIDGE" at Steelfur.
Steelfur has appointed concept Business
Excellence to mentor them to move
forward in this journey. The journey of
"Bridge" at Steelfur is begin with
workplace management i.e. 5-S.
The company initiated 5-S
implementation at both Makarpura plant
and Waghodia Plant. Under the 3rd "S"
that is Seiso/ Shine; company celebrated
"Mega Cleaning Day" on 28th May at
Waghodia Plant and on 29th May at
Makarpura Plant. All employees including
office staff members have enthusiastically
participated in the cleaning of plant and
machinery. Out of all zones, One zone
from each Plant were awarded with the
Best 5-S Zone​. 5-S Poster & Slogan
completion was also held during this
event and best 3 posters/slogans were
awarded at both the plants.

Pi Industries
Pi Industries is an Agrochem
manufacturing company Founded in
1946. Pi has a proven record of
identifying new opportunities and
building leadership positions by
delivering innovative solutions to
customers. Pi industries have 2
manufacturing units at Panoli &
Jambusar. Pi has initiated Operational
Excellence activity at both the units to
challenge Deming Prize (one of the
highest award) and they have selected
Concept Business Excellence as a
partner to guide them in the OpEx
journey. The OpEx journey Kick-off
program was organized on 14th
June-18 at Hotel Sayaji.

Shankus Water Park and resort is one of
the well-known and reputed waterpark &
resort. Shankus was India’s first
waterpark and they are providing service
from last 25 years. As the part of
Shankus 25th anniversary they started
Shankus expansion and Operational
Excellence project with aim to reach the
world class standards and for that they
selected Concept Business Excellence
Pvt. as their project mentor. Under the
guidance of CBEPL Shankus initiated
Operational Excellence journey from 3rd
April 2018

Industries)
Ashapura Group of Industries is a
leading multi-mineral solutions provider
with a global footprint, having a wide
network of operations in several states
within India and in 7 other countries.
One of the group unit called Bombay
Minerals Ltd. Khambhalia is engaged
in the processing of Bauxite products.
Since 2014 BML is engaged in 5-S
implementation and every year they
invite Concept Business Excellence for
5-S audit to improve further. This year
also 5-S audit was conducted by
CBEPL on 18th & 19th June-18.
Satisfactory 5-S implementation was
observed in the company during the

10th June-2018. Total Productive
Maintenance one of the proven concept
developed by JIPM, Japan. The key
objective of Total Productive Maintenance
is to improve the Overall plant/equipment
effectiveness. Workshop was
combination of video, case studies,
activities and games to understand TPM
concept.
This workshop was attended by
