This document describes an automated dual-axis solar tracking system that uses light dependent resistors and servo motors to optimize the positioning of solar panels and maximize energy output. The system actively tracks the sun's movement throughout the day by rotating the panels in both azimuth and elevation directions. Studies show that dual-axis tracking can improve energy output by up to 45% compared to stationary systems. The proposed system aims to detect the sun's position using sensors and rotate the panel accordingly to improve solar power extraction efficiency.
