JOB SPECIFICATION/DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible to Lock out Tag out (LOTO) in Control Panel during disconnect or
termination of High/Low Voltage Motor Pump Supply for Safety dismantle or
assemble for the mechanical group of Heavy Duty Motors Pump like ASH Pump,
Denver Pump, Booster Pump and Feed Water Pump.
- Responsible for Cable pulling and Cross Wiring in Control Panel in Motor Control
Center (MCC) High/Low Voltage to supply in Line 1-2 Scrubber area and Punishing
Filter, Reactor Tank and other Motor Pump need to used Variable Speed Drive
(VSD). Inverter in the Conveyor Motor in ORPREP Drum Washer and conveyor to
deliver the coal in the big boiler to ignite and supply steam pressure to the power
plant.
- Responsible to pull out and check diaphragm of transmitter for Tank of the Reactor
Tank, Scrubber 1-3 Tank, H2S line 1-2 tank and Laic Acid Tank, if there is any
damage or need a replacement of new Gasket, Teflon Seal, Teflon Ring for Ring
Frame of diaphragm and assemble Diaphragm. And responsible for calibrate pressure
transmitter, level transmitter and any transmitter by using Druck DPI610 and Hart

2. Application Model 375 and Loop checking/Linear checking by inject able pressure
from transmitter signal to DCS, if there is accurate, and also calibrate the pressure
gage analog in Geho Machine capacity of 1600 KPA, 10000 KPA, 16000 KPA, and
any pressure gage.
- Responsible to pull out accessories of Control Valve, first step call PIC to isolate the
Valve for safety retubing, if there is leak tube accessories the big Pipe that control the
flow of pressurized tank and other pressurized tank.
- Responsible to modify controls such as Motor Controls. Sometimes the PIC request
to add modify Starts Stop Timer delay, current transformer to see the actual current
on board panel and the other is needed to add protective device for safety controls.
- Maintain Miger during black out to check the resistance of the cable, first clamp the
ground then turn right the miger button to see the results if it is not grounded body of
the panel, then check one by one of 3phase L1, L2, L3 cable, and for the motors
winding check the ground and resistance T1, T2, T3 to get condition of the winding,
and to dry the accidental wet windings.
- Responsible for troubleshooting in Geho Motor Pumps, while operating the machine
get emergency shutdown in the (DCS) Distribution Control System was detect an
error from Geho accessories, and the basic troubleshooting to check all proximity
censor connection and clean. Then call to DCS if the error has gone. The Geho
machine will start up again and troubleshooting in other machine.

- To maintain and repair all machine for good conditioned to operate kind of machine
(HASL) Hot Air Soldering Level, wash and dry loader/unloaded, etching chemical
wash and dry, transporter automation loader/unloaded by controlling of (PLC)
Programmable Logic Control, semiconductor, and also in pneumatic solenoid Valve
control and how to troubleshoot the (PLC).
- field fault analysis – determines if instrument has failed or if it is a process problem;
- field calibration of instrumentation utilizing proper test equipment;
- complete overhaul in shop environment to include component replacements,
alignments and calibration of inverter for motor speed and parameter to
specifications of record;

- fault analysis of hardwire relay logic, motor control circuits, motor power circuits
(120V to 480V 3phase) and common utility / lighting circuits;
- installation of new control circuits, modification of existing instrument/electrical
systems as requested, to include design, load and Implementation of new control logic
- fault analysis and repair of PLC based systems with control logic analysis of 24v.
