ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Since March 2010 : Coastal Projects Ltd., H.O. Hydrabad (A.P.) as Sr. Dy. Manager Tunnel/ (Electrical)
Role: TBM Tunnelling
· Managing erection of 3100 KVA X 02, 2000 KVA X01 Air Cooled Transformers and Control Circuitry of E.P.B machine
with ROBBINS.
· Material Planning, Handling Logistics, Production Planning for Tunnel.
· Planning & Execution for 33 KV Cable Joint, Operation & Maintenance for Electrical/Automation, Dewatering setup in
the TBM.
· Erection ,Commissioning ,O&M For Hany Make 800 litre capacity Grout Plant along with Gantry & EOT Cranes, Atlas
Copco Compressors,R.O Plant,Ventillation Drives ,Conveyor system & other related activities, equipments related to
TBM Tunnelling.
INTERVENTION FOR CUTTERHEAD

2. · Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance, Organizing & Conducting Cutter head Intervention in Hyperbaric mode in
consultation with a) Tony Ridley Hyperbaric Associates b) Robbins Expat c) Frogman underwater services.
· Overall System Setup which includes Samson Valves, PID Controllers, Pipe Line for Compressed air, Man Lock Chamber
& Equipment Chamber. Well equipped with Programming for PID Controllers.
· Qualified for working in Hyperbaric Condition for changing Cutters in EPB Mode, tested up to 1.6 Bar.
· Looking after activities for networking (I.L.P & LAN) and communication at the site and inside the Tunnel.
From Feb 2009 to March 2010: Coastal Projects Limited: As a Deputy Manager (Electrical)
· Developing electrical drawings under I.E. norms and interacting with the Govt. Dept. for approval and Power-Permission.
· Responsible for handling construction power, carrying out de-watering rate analysis and deciding necessary operations
for the same.
· Working on Crusher Plant (250 T.P.H, Puzolana), Batching Plant (60 m cub, Swing –Stetter), Compressor GA110 and GA75
complete electrification, commissioning & operation & maintenance.
· Anchoring erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of 33/.433 KV (2 MVAX 02, 1 MVA X 02), 11/.433 KV (200
KVA) S/S with 15 KM overhead 33 KV H. T. Line (Sanctioned Maximum Demand of 6 MVA)
· Monitoring electrical power consumption, meter reading & electric bill and taking necessary actions to reduce the losses,
thereby, minimising the electric bill (following M.P. tariff)
· Ensuring smooth functioning and executing calibration of instrumentation required to access level of energy consumption
· Managing the complete responsibility for Electrical Dept., starting from manpower, planning, estimating and costing,
implementations and monitoring safety aspects & decision making

Highlights:
· Initiated cost savings through energy conservation by 8 - 10%, increased power factor from 0.85 to 0.99 & lower the
Demand up to 1000 KVA.
· Exercised control over the manpower and successfully achieved the desired results
· Worked on prefeasibility report of 60 MW HEP in Nepal for estimating Annual Energy Generation, PLF and Tariff

Role: Manual Tunnelling
· Handled HEAD RACE TUNNEL with 02 No. Adits ,right from conceptualization to Commissioning for Electrical
Installations, planning, and handling manpower for both the shifts
· Executed the electrical installations, commissioning & maintenance 05 Nos. 11/.440 KV Distribution Transformers at the
Portal and inside the tunnel.
· Executed electrification / commissioning, operations and maintenance of Crusher-Plant (120 T.P.H., NAWA), Batching
Plant (30 m cub. AJAX FIORI), Boomer’s , Air-Compressors (GA 90, ATLAS COPCO) & Ventilation System for the Tunnel
Highlights:
· Gained exposure over V.F.D’s, Soft Starters & PLC Panels (Installation & Programming)’, and Different type of Sensors &
Transducers along with parameter settings, calibration and troubleshooting.
