KV, 32/ 16-16 MVA) for 2 gas turbines and 1 steam turbine including fixing radiators, fans, HV
& LV bushing, oil tank, oil pipes, conduit pipes, Electrical connections, oil filling, purification
and circulation inside transformer.

Installation of Isolated Phase Bus Duct (Bus Bar) to link between generator, excitation
transformer, GCB, auxiliary transformer and main transformer including fixing supports,
alignment, all mechanical fittings, fabrication, welding, and testing.
Installation of Sf6 generator circuit breaker (GCB).
Connection of all medium voltage cables.
Alignment and fixing of switchgear, load center, motor control center (MCC), Distributed
control system (DCS) panels beside the interconnection inside these panels.

Connection of L.V, control and instrument cables for different panels, junction boxes, valves

Main Responsibilities:
Laying and connecting of medium voltage cables (6.3 kV) between the main station and the
incoming of switchgear for Substations (Crusher, raw material, raw mill, kiln, cooler, Cement
mill, and packing) .Also between switchgear and distribution transformers for each substation.
Laying and connecting of power cables between motor control centers (MCC) and different
motors and pumps in the field plus the control cables.
Installing all types of lighting like projectors, high bays, observation light, air traffic light and
road lighting. Also pulling and connection of cables related to Lighting System.
Installation of heat and smoke detectors fire alarm system (addressable and conventional
types).
Installation of manual call points and electronic alarm sirens.
Laying and connecting of control and power cables between (fire alarm control and indicating
panel) and detectors throw control modules and sirens for each loop.
Loop check and test for fire alarm system after installation.
Fixing cable trays, cable ladders, conduits and flexible connections for cables including all
mechanical fittings and fabrication.
