Take an hour train ride 5. Take a bus 6. Work 7. Bus back 8. Train back to the city 9. Run a mile to my night class 10. Night class 11. Walk a mile home 12. Coach clients online 13. Do homework 14. Cry 15. Do it again

Hired a business coach and began my burnout management business. 1. Quit my role three months later. 1. Continue to deliver content around burnout management to individuals who want tools for creating work-life balance but don’t know exactly where they should start. So, I:
