and club members on your progress and last-minute needs. Remember to post a link to

• Identify the project sign off team (look to them being independent where
possible)

• Identify on going needs
• Who are the external parties with an interest in the project –what are their
needs and how have they been met
• Evaluation needs to be built into a project from the beginning?
