2. PAST PARTICIPLE
A past participle indicates past or completed
action or time. It is often called the 'ed' form
as it is formed by adding d or ed, to the base
form of regular verbs, however it is also
formed in various other ways for irregular
verbs.

• SUBJECT + HAVE/HAS + PAST PARTICIPLE VERB + END OF
SENTENCE

4. “HAD” PAST PARTICIPLE
• We had gone to the store when she arrived.
• They had studied at the university before they
found jobs.
• He had climbed the building.
• Jasmine had cooked the dinner for us.
• It had born yesterday.
