Editor's Notes

  • #5 Produces evidence of need, helps organizations determine capacity, raises credibility, and promotes sustainability since the true needs are being addressed.
  • #6 Easy fit into my other work, similar to logic models. Call it a “manufacturing ecosystem analysis” at the request of client, didn’t like the term assessment
  • #7 Produces evidence of need, helps organizations determine capacity, raises credibility, and promotes sustainability since the true needs are being addressed.
  • #9 World Café Model – 3 small groups answering three needs based questions
  • #10 World Café Model – 3 small groups answering three needs based questions, one question per room, rotate rooms after 20-25 minutes. Then go back to main room, each team summarizes and then large group votes on top 3-5 needs.
