This document discusses how franchise owners can grow their franchises to over 1000 members by building an effective leadership team. It notes that most franchise owners can initially grow to 300-500 members through their own efforts, but then hit a plateau unless they develop a team. The key is for franchise owners to shift their mindset from being clever to being productive by recruiting and leading a team that includes launch directors, support directors, training directors, support staff and ambassadors. This allows the franchise owner to dual focus on starting new chapters faster while also building up the team to support further expansion and growth of the franchise. The 12 franchise owners with over 1000 members have mastered developing an effective leadership team.
