Ministry of Finance Government of Afghanistan
Ministry of Finance (MoF) is specifically responsible for the
management and execution of the budget, collection of taxes,
organization and control of public expenditure and payments to
the government and finally the management of Customs.
Vision:
A stable, financially secure and financially self-sufficient
Afghanistan with a fiscally disciplined government and a
Ministry that is accountable and responsive to the needs of its
clients.
Mission:
To be an agent of change and the voice of expertise in the fiscal
matters of the country and to ensure that international
standards are met for procurement and financial management

1. Mobilize revenue and manage Government finances
2. Support economic management and promote economic
growth

Question: Who is the person who most influenced you in life and why ?
A; Through out of my life many people inspired me since childhood my
schooling and university time there were number of teacher and professors
who really made to be the follower of them be my inspiration in life they were
the people who are really showing me how to be in the society and move to
right direction.
After starting my professional career I had to be a good leader and take lead
and initiative again I learn many things from new people.
In simple word I should that from a person I have learned something very
valuable and show me the right way to be a professional so INSPIRED me
through out of my life
Question: What is the most important decision you face daily in your
organization ?
A; Decision are a part of life and while
they range in complexity, we face
various decisions on a daily basis.
On daily basis each decision that I take
it is important for me as I am working
in professional so each decision for me
it part my work and so it is vital for to
be for benefit my organization
Question: what advice would you give a new employee going in to a
leadership position for the first time ?
A; I can advise the new employee on the following points
1. Integrity and honesty
2. Discipline
3. Professionalism
4. On his/her behavior and relationship with other colleagues
Question: what are the most important characteristic every leaser
should to possess ?
A; it depends on the working environment but the following characteristic
must a leader should have in general:
1. Listen and give attention to employees
2. Share and give valuable information
3. Commitment to support them
4. Sincere and provide them with constructive feedback
5. Increase team members and corporate visibility
6. Be a team player and should have ability to work with team
7. Must have great communication skill
Question: what are the three challenges facing leadership today ?
1. Decision
2. Luck of coordination
3. Finding and retaining the best talent.
This will always be the hallmark of a great leader. You are only as good as the
people you surround yourself with. Find the right people, retain the right
people, and empower them to give their best .
Question: What you the most like to be remembered for ?
I would like to remembered me for the my good and
hardworking team member, good behavior and as inspirational
leader for our organization
