Water filling processStep one: Manually bottom rings separate from bottle De capper the bottles Nobs & Blue tops washed by Chlorine water • We use < 250ppm chlorine Step two : Outer washing by using the chlorine < 250ppm . Step three : Internal Washing process Step four : Filling the water to the cleaned bottles Step five Set nob and the cap of the bottle Step six : Inspection – Each and every bottle of the production will be checked There are 2 inspections • White area inspection to identify black particles • Black area inspection to identify white particles Step seven : Rapping and pasting the safety seal . In this safety seal it mentioned Batch no. / Manufacturing date / Expiry date Step eight : Production finish bottles are kept in washed bottom rings & are ready to deliver .
