- Are information full, clear, in advance… ?
- How am I satisfied with his/her leading style (recommendation,
appreciation)
- 3rd round: Leading the project team (AIESEC)
- Communication with AIESEC team – info, orzanization etc.
- Are they open to solve problems? Help? What do you need from their side?
Which session do we need to have?
• 1.1. Content of preparation: team-building with huge debriefing,
information about project and the Czech Republic, presentation
skills, flow and specific of the project (logistic, program,
communication, debriefings explanation etc.), NPS training and
trainee leader elections.
• 1.2. Min duration of the preparation seminar is 3 days.
• 1.3. Send survey Welcome to the Czech Republic to trainee and fill
Accreditation 201X.
