I am writing this letter on behalf of Nathaly Flores, who is currently working for Dr. M. Jay
Fibus and me as an intern. I am privileged to recommend Nathaly.
Nathaly contacted me in August 2015 and asked to help out in our psychology practice, in any
way that she could, in order to gain more hands-on experience in the field of marriage and family
therapy. Immediately, as she began to work with me, I noticed how she took initiative and
sought out my “end goal” result with each project assigned to her. After meeting with Nathaly, I
was confident that she would be an asset to our team. I also knew that we could offer her a great
deal of experience that she would probably never get anywhere else. As someone with good
intuition, natural empathy, strong communication skills and an ambitious work ethic, Nathaly
has continuously demonstrated her dedication to her work in our office.
Even when something seems impossible, she does not flinch from a challenge, instead choosing
to embrace it with professionalism and a positive attitude. Nathaly completes tasks fully and
efficiently, understanding that working in counseling requires adaptability. She is able to work
comfortably and productively by herself for hours. She is very easygoing and possesses an
obvious win/win attitude.
