Oxygen therapy- 3 lit.by nasal cannula.
Thrombolytic therapy- urokinase and
plasminogen activators are used to
dissolve clot by IV.
Analgesic therapy- morphine
Vasodilators- nitroglycerin
Calcium channel blockers- nifedipine
Anti coagulant- heparin
11. NURSING MANAGEMENT:-
Assess the patient’s medical history & family history
Assess patient’s family’s level of anxiety
Assess patients & family’s knowledge of disease
Assess the heart rate, blood pressure.
