This document outlines an individual's professional development plan, which includes multiple goals and the steps needed to achieve them. The goals are to maintain high grades in the second and third years of university, secure a third year industry placement, have a successful placement year leading to a job opportunity or strong reference, and complete a Business Information Technology degree to a high standard. For each goal, the plan identifies target success criteria and dates for review, as well as the resources and support required.
