This document provides a form for families to establish consistent routines for online learning. It includes sections for defining learning spaces, cues to signify different parts of the school day, roles and responsibilities of the learning coach and student, school and computer rules, behavioral supports, student motivators, and a weekly schedule. Filling out the form will help maximize each student's potential by creating strong communication between the learning coach and family.
