My Business Philosophy & HR Leadership Style. . . I believe the people experience is everything and the power of scale and speed of involvement gets people excited, when they sense a compelling vision and personal upside. I have a grow and excel attitude about the HR business. I get my energy from the belief that winning begets winning . I am frank, decisive, have an open door (and mentality approach). I prefer not to deal in politics but savvy enough to know to know how and when to act. I believe in the importance of communication, delivering on the business strategy, managing goal and objectives once formulated with stakeholders on a daily basis. What gets measured gets done. - Leadership to me is personal. My career choices reflects my commitment to understand, energize and develop people, helping them to grow and to achieve and perform. People get their energy from exciting and stretch goals, by the opportunity to contribute, and to make a difference as a part of a winning team .

What is the current “vision” of what to do and needs to be done? What are the behaviors that support success? What foundations can HR build on? Teamwork: What are the strengths of the team? What are their performance standards, norms and current practices? What is the level of commitment to succeed? What is the level of open and honest communication? Flawless HR Execution: What does success look like for HR? What are the current HR practices and norms? What are the HR goals for the next 6 months & 12 months? What is needed from HR Leadership in the first 90 days? How can HR accelerate (ROI) return on intangibles? How is HR held accountable?
