Creativity comes from order, structure, and commitment rather than randomly chasing ideas. Strong, visionary clients who are in control and open are the most beautiful thing for an agency. However, agencies often struggle with money, training people effectively, focusing too much on the next campaign rather than long-term goals, and implementing clients' visions in a rushed, cheap way rather than providing strategic counsel as intended. The roles of agencies and clients seem to be changing and things will continue changing going forward.
