2. Technical Experience:
IT SUPPORT ENGINEER (Project/ Field & Site Based)
 Provide Help Desk support to local and remote users based at Projects.
 Follow up outstanding helpdesk tickets on a daily basis.
 Managing and resolving day to day IT Service Requests and Incidents using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
 Assist end users via telephone, e-mail and in person with a wide range of questions, requests and incidents relating
to desktop PC software, hardware and Network peripherals.
