King Henry Viii s Marriage
Introduction King Henry VIII was king of England from April 21, 1509 until his death. Henry was
born on June 28, 1491. He had six siblings but only three of them (Arthur Margaret, and Mary)
survived infancy. At the age of two, Henry was appointed to be the Constable of Dover Castle and
Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports ( Wikipedia ). King Henry was well known because of his six
marriages. He was married to Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anne of Cleves,
Catherine Howard, and Catherine Parr. His first marriage, with Catherine of Aragon, lasted almost 24
years. However, his marriages to the other five wives all add up to less than ten years total. A common
way to remember the destiny of the wives is Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, ... Show more

The got married on May 28, 1533 (just days after officially divorcing Catherine of Aragon). It is said
that they had secretly exchanged wedding vows before, probably in late January 1533. Soon after
getting married, Anne became pregnant. Anne was crowned Queen of Consort of England on July 1,
1533. Then on September 7 of the same year, Anne gave birth to Henry s second daughter, Elizabeth
(Elizabeth I of England). Since Anne didn t produce a male heir for Henry, he became bored of her. A
plot to execute her was then made by Thomas Cromwell. Anne and Henry s marriage was annulled on
May 17, 1536 and she was beheaded on May 19, 1536 on charges of adultery, incest, and high treason.
Jane Seymour
Only 10 11 days after Anne Boleyn was beheaded, King Henry married Jane Seymour, his third wife.
After a year, Jane gave birth to a healthy male heir but Jane died just twelve days later. After her
death, she was given a proper queen s burial.
Anne of Cleves
January 6, 1540 the King married his fourth wife to whom he was only married to for six months.
Their marriage ended because of her pre contract marriage with Francis I, Duke of Loraine. She did
not agree to their annulment. Anne lived longer than the last two wives and the King.
Catherine Howard
Catherine was King Henry s fifth wife. She was beheaded after Henry was told about her allegedly
committing adultery between Catherine and Thomas Culpepper.

Legalization Of Alcohol
The Legalization of Alcohol throughout the U.S. has been a social injustice issue in today s society.
Some issues throughout the time is that when people drink, their minds don t cooperate with their
bodies in result of getting drunk, having health issues, having violent tendencies, and also can kill you
faster than any other drugs including marijuana which is an illicit THC drug that comes from the hemp
plant affecting people differently around certain areas of the brain. During Prohibition around 1920,
Crimes increased, because illegal activity was required to sell illegal alcohol. Criminal activity
became organized and led to the rise of powerful crime syndicates that involved murder, and the
bribery of public officials and law ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Another issue surrounded with legalizing Alcohol is the drinking age limit. Currently the legal
drinking age for beer and wine is 18 and liquor is 21 for the U.S. Simply that has a huge effect and a
big impact on underage drinkers. According to the 11 Facts About Teens and
Alcohol. In 2012, nearly 72% of students have consumed alcohol by the end of high school, and more
than 37% have done so towards the end of 8th grade. Underage drinkers account for 12% of all of the
alcohol consumed in the U.S. The average age teen boys first try alcohol is age 11, for teen girls it s
13. Nearly 10 million young people, ages 12 to 20, reported that they ve consumed alcohol in the past
30 days. Teens who start drinking before age 15 years are 5 times more likely to develop alcohol
dependence or abuse later in life than those who begin drinking at or after the legal age of 21. In 2010,
there were approximately 200,000 emergency rooms visits by teens under age 21 for injuries and other
conditions linked to alcohol. Teens who drink heavily are three times more likely to try and hurt
themselves than those who don t drink. The worst part when underage drinking are the 3 leading

Jetblue Airlines Summary of Case
Barger, previously president and COO of JetBlue, was named the airline s CEO.
JetBlue s board promoted Barger to the CEO role in the wake of a highly publicized operational crisis
in February that led to the cancellation of over 1,100 JetBlue flights and adversely affected the travel
plans of thousands of passengers. Though numerous interviews and meetings during the past day
allowed Barger to outline his vision for the airline, he realized that he needed to move quickly in
implementing that vision to maintain the confidence of customers, employees, and shareholders.
Just a few miles outside Barger s window was John Fitzgerald Kennedy (JFK) Airport, where

Attracting passengers who would have otherwise traveled by car or bus, Southwest was able to
maintain high levels of plane utilization, thereby keeping its operating costs low enough to support its
discounted fares.
A key component of Southwest s ability to manage costs was its reliance on a single type of plane the
Boeing 737. * Over time, Southwest s ground and flight personnel became very familiar with the 737;
this decreased the airline s average turnaround time between landing a plane and putting it back into
the air. * This efficiency, combined with the shrewd use of fuel hedges, buoyed Southwest s profits.
* Attempts by competitors to mimic Southwest s LCC model typically were unsuccessful, as
demonstrated by the infamous rise and fall of no frills People Express Airlines during the 1980s and
the short lived attempts of several major airlines including Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and
United Airlines to create LCC subsidiaries during the 1990s.
By 2006, Southwest was firmly established as the only consistently profitable airline in an industry
rocked by deregulation, fare wars, overcapacity, and the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
Specifically, Southwest was the only airline in America to show a profit for each year since 1973 up to
2005.
After September 11, the airline industry

Moreover, the number of clients who have received services simply identifies the number of clients
who proceeded through the program. Outcomes identify the changes, impact, or benefits of the clients
both during and after the program. For example, an outcome may be for clients to stop drinking in an
alcohol program. Individuals should be aware that outcomes are different from outputs, for an
example, the amount of clients who pass through a program. (Lewis, Packard amp; Lewis, 2006) The
changes or outcomes can be conveyed in the following terms. First knowledge, and skills outcomes
are thought of as short term outcomes. Then behaviors are included, which weigh up as intermediate
term outcomes. Additionally, values, conditions, and status are changes and outcomes, which reflect
long term outcomes. Furthermore, the number and percent of participants the department wants to
accomplish the outcome is the outcome target. For example, 1,500 teens (10% of teens) quit drinking
over the next year is an outcome goal. (McNamara, n.d.) Outcome indicators are observable and
measurable milestones one achieves toward his or her outcome target. What the individual sees, reads,
and hears would specify whether he or she is making progress toward his or her target outcome. For
instance, outcome indicators for the percent of teen participants who quit drinking

The Prisoners In Plato s Allegory Of The Cave
Imagine living through life completely bound and facing a reality that doesn t even exist. The
prisoners in Plato s Allegory of the Cave are blind from true reality as well as the people in the movie
The Matrix written and directed by the Wachowski brothers. They are given false images and they
accept what their senses are telling them, and they believe what they are experiencing is all that really
exists. Plato the ancient Greek philosopher wrote The Allegory of the Cave , to explain the process of
enlightenment and what true reality may be. In the movie The Matrix , Neo (the main character) was
born into a world of illusions called the matrix. His true reality is being controlled by the puppet
handlers called the machines who ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In The Allegory of the Cave, Plato also stated that eventually one of the prisoners, who Plato would
say was the philosopher or intellectual, would break free from the cave and into the outside world. The
one prisoner that Plato refers to, would also reflect Neo in The Matrix when he in being released from
his pod that the machines have created. Once the prisoner of the cave has broken free he can now look
all around him, and see the objects as they really are and the people carrying them as well. While in
the movie The Matrix , Neo is using is own eyes for the first time and sees that he is actually living in
a human factory. In Plato s Allegory of the Cave he states that the freed prisoner would be shocked by
the outside world, he would not be able to see the realities that he was used to deep in the shadows of
the cave. The prisoner would try to think that what he saw and experienced before was truer than what
is he sees now. When Neo is revived from being detached from the pod, Morpheus tells him what state
the world is in now and Neo is in a state of disarray and denial. This new knowledge of the truth,
overwhelmed Neo so much that he vomited and passed out. The released prisoner in The Allegory of
the Cave might feel that what he is seeing was the illusion and shadows on the wall

What Is The Definition Of Political Parties
We can define political parties as a confederation of politically active citizens who come together for
the purposes of pushing forward a political agenda. Different parties have different goals. Most of the
parties are created to correct social problems. Some of them form around issues, such as taxation or
civil rights. By comparison with the Europe, democratic countries such Sweden or Russia which have
many different active political parties, the United States has two major parties the Republican Party
and Democratic Party.
The Democratic Party in the United States was established in 1792. This is oldest party in the world.

Essay On Restoration Of The Everglades
Restoration of Florida s Everglades The Everglades in South Florida, home of 36 such endangered
species such as the American Crocodile and the Florida Panther, slowly continues to diminish.
According to the website of the National Wildlife Refuge Association (NWRA), the Everglades played
a crucial role in the lives of Florida s human residents ( Everglades ). Since the 1980s, the government
established efforts to protect wildlife and vegetation. Organization groups continue planning on
restoring the most well known wetland on Florida soil. In other words, the development of urban
communities and agriculture causes a mass increase in pollution and flood watches. The ongoing
conservation of the Everglades preserves limited water quality, protect wildlife, and prevent urban
development. Recently, the heap of pollution caused a massive drainage in the Everglades water
quality. Tramontana and Johnson (2003) reported that much of Florida s early development was based
upon draining and removing excess water from wetlands... and it was thought if drained, the land
could be put to better use (Human Development section, para. 2). Pollution destroys the cleanliness of
the wetland leading to a decrease in restoration. Millions amount of cash produced to repair water
quality leads to the consequences of continuous flow of freshwater. ... Show more content on

Themes Of The Princess Bride And Diablo 3 And Billy Budd
In literature, there are many written works which have themes that intermix with one another. While
literature contains many themes, this does not mean that other works do not contain the same ideas as
presented in written works. In the three stories of The Princess Bride , Diablo 3 and Billy Budd
Violence and Quests can be seen largely throughout each tale. Violence, while still having the tradition
sense of the word, does not always mean fighting someone or physical attacks. Violence thematically
is the display of aggressive actions verbally, physically, or even aggression leading to a goal. The
other overarching theme in these stories is that of a Quest. Any self realizing adventure where the
protagonist realizes is considered a quest thematically as well as a large set goal for as seen within the
story. The main themes of The Princess Bride , Diablo 3 and Billy Budd are Quests as well as
Violence which show a deep connection on a thematic level.
In The Princess Bride by William Goldman the story starts both as an explanation of the story s origin
as well as where the story should go. Even in this prolog to the story a quest is outlined. And I realized
that I had let control of it go. . . They could change anything they wanted. So I did something of which
I am genuinely proud. I bought the book back from the studio, with my own money (Goldman xxxv).
Even before the story begins a quest was set before the reader. The quest of a man to have the book he
loved

Disarming Anger Research Paper
As a professional, it can be very challenging when dealing with an individual who enters your office
with a ball of rage brewing inside of them. From the text, I have realized that the expression of anger
is only a clue that there are some underlying issues that we need to explore and resolve. I ask myself,
How will I be able to address and disarm their anger successfully? First, we need to explore the cause
and effect of the anger and whether or not the anger is the result of something that the agency has
done. While doing so, we need to remember to not take it personally. A friend, who is a licensed social

Medicine And I Were Not Love At First Sight
Medicine and I were not really love at first sight. In fact, medicine would dress up as an Oncologist
and drop me off to school every morning, but still no love. If anything, I hated it since I would see
sick and sad people as I would wait on my father to finish his clinic on our way home. To me these
patients were nothing more than a hurdle between me and my Nintendo and Sega. It was during one of
those traffic jams on our way home that my emotions boiled over and I blurted out, What is it that you
do, delay the inevitable. Make their existence more painful and miserable as they wait on becoming a
worm buffet. Torture them with your chemicals and radiations until they blink eternally. What? I am
glad I wasn t my father that day or I would have lost it, Medicine aka dad did not. That day, he should
have given me a piece of his minds but instead he opted for giving me a piece of his heart. Having
gone through the motions of school and feeling lost all along, I had finally found the path in my life,
that too in the most unlikely of places... a traffic jam.
Life just switched gears. A lot of hard work went into getting from that traffic jam to medical school.
Basic science years taught me all about the structure and function of the miracle that is the human
body. Clinical rotations taught me that there was a lot more to that structure and function then I
thought, and what I was taught. The more I learnt the more I felt I needed to learn. An unquenchable

The Role Of Tropical Rainforest And Water Cycle
The role of tropical rainforest in water cycle
The tropical rainforest plays a significant role in regulating the water cycle on earth, through
transpiration and evaporation process. Transpiration is the water vapour loss from plants through
stomata, and evaporation is the water loss from all other part of plants but leaves and other living
things in the forest. Evapotranspiration are the accumulation of transpiration and evaporation in the
forest. During transpiration, trees suck water from soil through the root system and transport the water
to leaves through xylem, and then release the water to the air through stomata. Transpiration happens
simultaneously with photosynthesis.
The soil loss water due to evapotranspiration process and the water level will be recharged through
precipitation. In the tropical rainforest, precipitation rate are high due to high evapotranspiration rate.
High evapotranspiration rate plays a significant role in cloud formation above the rainforest area and
its surroundings. Water vapour that is released into the air will be condensed as it moves to a higher
altitude. The condensed water vapour form the clouds above the forest. The more water vapour being
released into the air, the more clouds would be formed.

Basic Element of Just in Time
Basic elements of Just In Time
The basic elements of Just In Time (JIT) were developed by Toyota in the 1950 s, known as the
Toyota Production System (TPS). JIT was well established in many Japanese factories by the early
1970 s. JIT began to be adopted in the U.S. in the 1980 s (General Electric was an early adopter), and
the JIT/lean concepts are now widely accepted and used. There have ten basic elements in Just In time
which are flexible resource, efficient facility layout, pull production system, Kanban production
control, small lot production, quick setup, uniform production, quality at the source, total production
maintenance and supplier network.
1. Flexible Resources
The Concept of flexible resources, in the form of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Small lots with shorter setup times reduced from hour to minuet and it s increase flexibility to respond
to demand changes. Shingo as a genius at the task reduced setup time on a 1000 ton press from 6
hours to 3 minuets using SMED ( single minute exchange of dies ) system. SMED principle can apply
in separate internal setup from external setup. Its also can convert internal setup to external setup.
Besides that, it can streamline all aspect of setup and perform setup activities in parallel or eliminate
them entirely. 7. Uniform Production
JIT attempt to maintain uniform production levels by smoothing the production requirements on the
final assembly line. Changes in final assembly always have dramatic effects on component production
upstream. When this happen in kanban , kanban for certain part will circulate very quickly at some
times and very slowly at others. Kanban systems can handle +/ 10% demand changes. One way to
reduce variability in production is to guard against unexpected demand through more accurate
forecasts. Another approach to achieving uniform production is to level or smooth demand across the
planning horizon. Demand is divided into small increments of time so that the same amount of each
item is produced each day and item is mixed throughout the day in small quantities. 8. Quality at the
Source
Quality has to be extremely high to ensure JIT system to work well. Jidoka is the authority to stop
production line. Visual

JUST ONE DRINK
JUST ONE DRINK is an intriguing, seductive thriller. The script is driven by themes about evil,
revenge, redemption, and forgiveness. It explores the idea that one can never escape their past.
While there are engaging elements of the script with a potentially complex character in the role of
Tamara, overall the script would benefit from more development, especially in the area of structure,
pace, tension, as well as further character development.
First, the story opens in the past to set up the backstory. It s a creative choice to do this, but not
essential. The backstory can be revealed through dialogue or through the grandmother s journal.

Global Warming Is A Problem Essay
Abstract Global warming is a dilemma; it is a debatable issue between a fact and a theory, between
approval and disapproval and between having advantages and disadvantages. Endless questions that
have indefinite answers arise to a man s mind when just tackling the idea of the global warming.
Many people do not take in consideration the environmental issues, their main interests lie behind
thinking about their personal lives and needs. Only few who think about the environment they re
living in.
Is it a real growing problem having evidence? , or by looking at the history of the climate change, is it
just an environmental condition that will pass by causing some dramatic changes to the climate?
Keywords Climate Change, Existence and Non Existence of Global Warming, Greenhouse Effect, Sea
Level Rise,
Global Temperature Rise, Global Warming Consequences, Environmental Skepticism, Global
Warming Solutions.
1. Introduction
Does global warming issue worth our attention?,
Scientists worked hard to reach an answer, amazingly all of the answers were found in nature as Albert
Arnold Al Gore,
Jr. said, The ice has stories to tell us referring to analyzing pole s ice layers process.
In 1824, The French physicist Joseph Fourier showed the relation between earth s atmosphere and its
temperature.
Moreover, the US scientist Wallace Broecker firstly introduced the term global warming in a scientific
paper.
Although effects of climatic changes are strongly noticed around us, some people

Primary And Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency
Adrenal Insufficiency This paper describes the differences between primary and secondary adrenal
insufficiency. As health care providers it is important to be able to distinguish between the two and to
know how to treat the patient. It is also imperative that an acute adrenal crisis can be recognized. This
paper will discuss how to recognize and treat adrenal insufficiency.
Primary adrenal insufficiency Primary adrenal insufficiency occurs when the adrenal glands fail to
release glucocorticoids and mineralocorticoids, despite the release of adrenocorticotrophic hormone
(ACTH) from the pituitary, and may be fatal if untreated (Griffing, 2015). Margulies (2015) describes
primary adrenal insufficiency, also known as Addison s disease, as ... Show more content on

Hamrahian, A.H., 2010). Other clinical and laboratory manifestations of primary adrenal insufficiency
are presented in Table 1.
Evaluation
A medical history is very important if the patient has any symptoms mentioned above, especially
hyperpigmentation of the skin or gums, it is often enough to raise a strong suspicion, prompting the
appropriate tests. The following tests are appropriate to order to diagnose adrenal insufficiency: Serum
chemistry, abnormalities are present in as many as 56% of patients. Hyponatremia is common
although not diagnostic; hyperkalemia, metabolic acidosis, and hypoglycemia also may be present.
However, the absence of laboratory abnormalities does not exclude the diagnosis of adrenal crisis.
Serum cortisol, less than 20 mcg/dL in severe stress or after ACTH stimulation is indicative of adrenal
insufficiency. ACTH test which is diagnostic, determine baseline serum cortisol, then administer
ACTH 250 mcg intravenous push (IVP), and then draw serum cortisol 30 and 60 minutes after ACTH
administration. An increase of less than nine mcg/dL is considered diagnostic of adrenal insufficiency.
CBC, anemia mild and nonspecific, lymphocytosis, and eosinophilia highly suggestive may be
present. Serum thyroid levels, assess for

The Setting Of The Novel We Were Liars
In the novel We Were Liars , the setting takes place on an island called Beechwood Island in
Massachusetts. Beechwood is a owned by Cadence Sinclair s grandparents Harris Sinclair and Tipper
Taft who unfortunately dies early on in the novel. Harris and Tipper have lots of money and were able
to build four different buildings for each aunt to live in (along with their partners and children) and a
staff building for their workers. All the families travel out to Beechwood every summer and the Liars,
Cadence, Johnny, Gat, and Mirren, are all cousins and at the age of fifteen. They name their summers
by their ages so for instance, the novel mainly takes place in summer seventeen with flashbacks to
summer fifteen from Cadence. The setting is very important because Beechwood is where all the kids
practically grow up and where conflicts take place. You would think that Beechwood island is a happy
place where memories are made and where everyone has fun, but the island is not. It sets an eerie and
unpleasant mood for the story because of all the secrets and rough family matters that occur during
summer seventeen. Beechwood island is the setting of the novel that gives off an eerie mood that
affects the Liar s summers.
Although there are a couple of main characters in the novel, We Were Liars , the one that stands out
the would be the most important main character, Cadence Sinclair. The novel is in first person and is
narrated through Cadence s perspective. This gives readers a

freedoms because of the history of Muslims, Christians, and Jewish people living peacefully in

his mother was Hafsa Sultan. At age seven, he went to school and studied in literature, science,
literature, marital tactics and theology. According to the Venetian envoy Bartolomeo Contarini,
Suleiman was friendly, good humored, enjoyed reading, knowledgeable and made good judgments.
Suleiman s early leadership started in his late teens. During his father s rule, he became governor of

The virgins all lived in the palace and the living spaces they lived in soon became the harem. The
harem is where only the most beautiful women lived. Their duty was to bear the sultan sons. His wife
was named Roxellana. She was a daughter of an impoverished Christian priest from Ukraine. She was
a part of the harem gaining her way to the top by being the favorite of the sultan. Suleiman fell in love
with her and she gave him six sons and two daughters. Suleiman the Magnificent is an absolute ruler
which means that he took all power in his empire. During his rule, Suleiman expanded his empire into
Europe. He extended the empire in Greece, Bulgaria, Egypt, Hungry, Macedonia, Romania, Jordan,
Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, some of Arabia, and a considerable amount of the Northern Africa s
coastline. He was very proud. In the presence of the Sultan, you could not sit or wear anything that the

Sectional Tension Dbq
Throughout much of the mid nineteenth century Northern and Southern states remained locked in a
fierce debate over the issues of slavery, state s rights, and taxation. This partitioning between the
North and the South is evident when examining the election of 1860. Abraham Lincoln, a Northerner
and product of the Republican party, faced opposition from Southern Democrats to such a great extent
that he did not even make the ballot in the South. The South was so angry at the prospect of a
Northern Republican becoming president and possibly interfering with their rights that upon Lincoln s
election, they seceded from the Union, leading up to the bloodiest war the United States had ever
taken part in: the Civil War. This lack of conflict resolution ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

This set of 6 proposed Constitutional amendments was one of the last congressional attempts to
preserve the union without resorting to a full blown war with the South. This proposal was ineffective
because Congress found that the proposed amendments, one of which would have made slave
ownership a Constitutional right in the South, conceded too much to Southern extremists and thus it
was never passed. This compromise also would have extended the slave demarcation line, splitting the
United States in two sections and exacerbating the extent to which their were two divisive political
parties; one for Northern rights and one for Southern rights. By the time the Crittenden Compromise
was proposed slavery was no longer an issue which only pertained to the maintenance of a political
balance of power but it had also become a moral issue. This made Northern voters much less likely to
support a compromise that did not directly place a limit on slavery, much less one that made it a
Constitutional Amendment. With Northern voters beginning to vehemently stand up for their beliefs
against slavery and state authority and Southern voters still refusing to back down from theirs, the
ineffectiveness of past compromises was

The Fundamental Issue Of Stakeholder Management
INTRODUCTION
Stakeholder theory
The fundamental issue in stakeholder management is to specify stakeholders or answer this question
that who stakeholders are. There is not much agreement on stakeholder definition among researchers
and project management experts. Mitchel states that various concepts in relation to stakeholder
definition is due to their views to organisation or firm. So there are narrow and broad definitions. For
instance, Freeman s definition is broad one. He defines stakeholder as any group or individual who
can affect or be affected by the achievement of organisation or firm s objectives. In contrast, Clarkson
has narrower view as he considers risk for stakeholder concept. He believes this risk is due to form of
investment in that firm. In fact, basis of narrow view can be due to limitation in resources, budget,
time or form of organisation s asset. PMBOK s stakeholder definition is similar to Freeman s
definition. The only difference is that organisation is also can be a stakeholder and influence or impact
can be due to decision or outcome of a project.
Management of stakeholders in projects
Project stakeholder management contains processes to identify stakeholders, their expectations,
concerns, needs, interests and their influences in the first step and then to adopt appropriate
management strategies to engage the identified stakeholders in project execution in the next step.
Identify stakeholders
According to PMBOK, all groups or individuals who have

Pros And Cons Of Uniforms
South Hadley High School was once again compelled to tell two students to turn their shirts inside
out. They have become concerned because of t shirts showing indecent messages and obscene
language. Every day this issue progresses more and more. This has now gotten so out of hand that this
school must make a rule in the code of conduct preventing message t shirts. South Hadley has become
troubled with the safety of both students and faculty. If this irresponsible behavior goes on much
longer the school may not be an exceptional learning environment for students. South Hadley High
School is one of the numerous schools forced to correct dress code. Dozens of students neglect to
realize what harm they are causing by their profane images and slogans depicted on their clothes.
Regulating t shirts is desirable for three reasons. Age plays a large role, students saying hurtful things,
and teaching about language is a school s job. Without a doubt, public schools should regulate
message t shirts. The main reason that public schools should control message t shirts is that age plays
a large role. While growing up the mind of a child is still expanding as is their ability to have rational
decisions. For example, in adolescent years adults can expect the teen to do a task such as babysitting,
but would never ask that from a toddler. As young people age, they are allotted more decisions for
themselves. This is why it is very vital for public schools to manage message t shirts,

Chicago Economic Crisis
Over recent decades, much of South America has seen economic hardship, decline, and even crisis.
However, the ongoing economic crisis in Venezuela is an especially notable case which requires
pragmatic and feasible solutions. Many assert that the current crisis, which has its roots in corruption
and over dependency on oil, is best solved by economic diversification. Others have argued that the
best solution is to request foreign aid, such as that from the International Monetary Fund. In spite of
this, a combination of history, economics, and logic would indicate that the best solution is to curb the
government s excessive control of the economy.
The problem is largely rooted in over dependency on oil, which was exacerbated when former
president ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In depth analysis of economic data indicates that economic diversification is a shallow solution that
fails to completely address the underlying issues of government corruption and excessive regulation.
Furthermore, the devastating riots of the Caracazo show that the acceptance of foreign aid could result
in even more violence, once more failing to address any real issue. Ultimately, thorough investigation
of the problem reveals that a solution focused on loosening the government s grip on the economy is
most effective, especially when targeting price controls and currency

Essay about Internet Privacy and Security
Technology is great in so many ways. It has provided us with more communication access, access to
knowledge at our finger tips, and so much more. Technology has overall made life easier, but maybe
too easy, and has made things a lot less private. This results in us having to be extra careful with
security on the internet. Internet security is important to protect our privacy, protect us from fraud, and
from viruses that could destroy a piece of our technology. Internet privacy and security may be
different but share a responsibility, but it is up to us to take personal responsibility to protect ourselves
on the internet. We should pick unique, carful passwords, and never share this sensitive information,
and encrypt our data when online. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Fox Media s Influence On Politics
The Three largest or most well known news stations of the modern age is Fox News, CNN, and BBC.
Everyone has heard of at least one of these news stations, and most people know what their stance on
politics are. CNN, Fox, and BBC like any news station are political and there are two political views
in this world. There are the left and the right side of politics, I have noticed that people on the news
stations do take side. CNN and BBC take a far more left stance on politics and Fox news take the right
side of politics. How many people tune in on these three main news stations, and I have found some
interesting facts. I have found out that around 8.8 million people tuned in to fox news last Tuesday.

her for it and holding her accountable for her actions, also Fox News is always the best. They have a
tendency to have the right wing approach to politics. So when they look at something they will look at
it from a Republican stand point. Which isn t always the best way to view things. For example, I was
watching Fox News the other day, and they had news report on recreational marijuana. When I was
watching Fox News I realized that they forgot to mention all the great medical benefits of marijuana,
and all they talked about was how it could harm younger people and how it s bad for you. When you
watch these news stations, you can figure out how they view the world by their stances on current
topics. How they try to convince you that something is bad or good for you. I think that the news
should be a station that you can get your news from, and not hear their political

It is said that they had secretly exchanged wedding vows before, probably in late January 1533. Soon after getting married, Anne became pregnant. Anne was crowned Queen of Consort of England on July 1, 1533. Then on September 7 of the same year, Anne gave birth to Henry s second daughter, Elizabeth (Elizabeth I of England). Since Anne didn t produce a male heir for Henry, he became bored of her. A plot to execute her was then made by Thomas Cromwell. Anne and Henry s marriage was annulled on May 17, 1536 and she was beheaded on May 19, 1536 on charges of adultery, incest, and high treason. Jane Seymour Only 10 11 days after Anne Boleyn was beheaded, King Henry married Jane Seymour, his third wife. After a year, Jane gave birth to a healthy male heir but Jane died just twelve days later. After her death, she was given a proper queen s burial. Anne of Cleves January 6, 1540 the King married his fourth wife to whom he was only married to for six months. Their marriage ended because of her pre contract marriage with Francis I, Duke of Loraine. She did not agree to their annulment. Anne lived longer than the last two wives and the King. Attracting passengers who would have otherwise traveled by car or bus, Southwest was able to maintain high levels of plane utilization, thereby keeping its operating costs low enough to support its discounted fares. A key component of Southwest s ability to manage costs was its reliance on a single type of plane the Boeing 737. * Over time, Southwest s ground and flight personnel became very familiar with the 737; this decreased the airline s average turnaround time between landing a plane and putting it back into the air. * This efficiency, combined with the shrewd use of fuel hedges, buoyed Southwest s profits. * Attempts by competitors to mimic Southwest s LCC model typically were unsuccessful, as demonstrated by the infamous rise and fall of no frills People Express Airlines during the 1980s and the short lived attempts of several major airlines including Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines to create LCC subsidiaries during the 1990s. By 2006, Southwest was firmly established as the only consistently profitable airline in an industry rocked by deregulation, fare wars, overcapacity, and the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Moreover, the number of clients who have received services simply identifies the number of clients who proceeded through the program. Outcomes identify the changes, impact, or benefits of the clients both during and after the program. For example, an outcome may be for clients to stop drinking in an alcohol program. Individuals should be aware that outcomes are different from outputs, for an example, the amount of clients who pass through a program. (Lewis, Packard amp; Lewis, 2006) The changes or outcomes can be conveyed in the following terms. First knowledge, and skills outcomes are thought of as short term outcomes. Then behaviors are included, which weigh up as intermediate term outcomes. Additionally, values, conditions, and status are changes and outcomes, which reflect long term outcomes. Furthermore, the number and percent of participants the department wants to accomplish the outcome is the outcome target. For example, 1,500 teens (10% of teens) quit drinking over the next year is an outcome goal. (McNamara, n.d.) Outcome indicators are observable and measurable milestones one achieves toward his or her outcome target. What the individual sees, reads, and hears would specify whether he or she is making progress toward his or her target outcome. • 11. Themes Of The Princess Bride And Diablo 3 And Billy Budd In literature, there are many written works which have themes that intermix with one another. While literature contains many themes, this does not mean that other works do not contain the same ideas as presented in written works. In the three stories of The Princess Bride , Diablo 3 and Billy Budd Violence and Quests can be seen largely throughout each tale. Violence, while still having the tradition sense of the word, does not always mean fighting someone or physical attacks. Violence thematically is the display of aggressive actions verbally, physically, or even aggression leading to a goal. The other overarching theme in these stories is that of a Quest. Any self realizing adventure where the protagonist realizes is considered a quest thematically as well as a large set goal for as seen within the story. The main themes of The Princess Bride , Diablo 3 and Billy Budd are Quests as well as Violence which show a deep connection on a thematic level. In The Princess Bride by William Goldman the story starts both as an explanation of the story s origin as well as where the story should go. Even in this prolog to the story a quest is outlined. And I realized that I had let control of it go. . . They could change anything they wanted. So I did something of which I am genuinely proud. • 14. The Role Of Tropical Rainforest And Water Cycle The role of tropical rainforest in water cycle The tropical rainforest plays a significant role in regulating the water cycle on earth, through transpiration and evaporation process. Transpiration is the water vapour loss from plants through stomata, and evaporation is the water loss from all other part of plants but leaves and other living things in the forest. Evapotranspiration are the accumulation of transpiration and evaporation in the forest. During transpiration, trees suck water from soil through the root system and transport the water to leaves through xylem, and then release the water to the air through stomata. Transpiration happens simultaneously with photosynthesis. The soil loss water due to evapotranspiration process and the water level will be recharged through precipitation. In the tropical rainforest, precipitation rate are high due to high evapotranspiration rate. High evapotranspiration rate plays a significant role in cloud formation above the rainforest area and its surroundings. Water vapour that is released into the air will be condensed as it moves to a higher altitude. The condensed water vapour form the clouds above the forest. The more water vapour being released into the air, the more clouds would be formed. Figure 1. JIT was well established in many Japanese factories by the early 1970 s. JIT began to be adopted in the U.S. in the 1980 s (General Electric was an early adopter), and the JIT/lean concepts are now widely accepted and used. There have ten basic elements in Just In time which are flexible resource, efficient facility layout, pull production system, Kanban production control, small lot production, quick setup, uniform production, quality at the source, total production maintenance and supplier network. 1. Flexible Resources The Concept of flexible resources, in the form of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... SMED principle can apply in separate internal setup from external setup. Its also can convert internal setup to external setup. Besides that, it can streamline all aspect of setup and perform setup activities in parallel or eliminate them entirely. 7. Uniform Production JIT attempt to maintain uniform production levels by smoothing the production requirements on the final assembly line. Changes in final assembly always have dramatic effects on component production upstream. When this happen in kanban , kanban for certain part will circulate very quickly at some times and very slowly at others. Kanban systems can handle +/ 10% demand changes. One way to reduce variability in production is to guard against unexpected demand through more accurate forecasts. Another approach to achieving uniform production is to level or smooth demand across the planning horizon. Demand is divided into small increments of time so that the same amount of each item is produced each day and item is mixed throughout the day in small quantities. 8. The following tests are appropriate to order to diagnose adrenal insufficiency: Serum chemistry, abnormalities are present in as many as 56% of patients. Hyponatremia is common although not diagnostic; hyperkalemia, metabolic acidosis, and hypoglycemia also may be present. Beechwood is a owned by Cadence Sinclair s grandparents Harris Sinclair and Tipper Taft who unfortunately dies early on in the novel. Harris and Tipper have lots of money and were able to build four different buildings for each aunt to live in (along with their partners and children) and a staff building for their workers. All the families travel out to Beechwood every summer and the Liars, Cadence, Johnny, Gat, and Mirren, are all cousins and at the age of fifteen. They name their summers by their ages so for instance, the novel mainly takes place in summer seventeen with flashbacks to summer fifteen from Cadence. The setting is very important because Beechwood is where all the kids practically grow up and where conflicts take place. You would think that Beechwood island is a happy place where memories are made and where everyone has fun, but the island is not. It sets an eerie and unpleasant mood for the story because of all the secrets and rough family matters that occur during summer seventeen. Beechwood island is the setting of the novel that gives off an eerie mood that affects the Liar s summers. Although there are a couple of main characters in the novel, We Were Liars , the one that stands out the would be the most important main character, Cadence Sinclair. • 26. Sectional Tension Dbq Throughout much of the mid nineteenth century Northern and Southern states remained locked in a fierce debate over the issues of slavery, state s rights, and taxation. This partitioning between the North and the South is evident when examining the election of 1860. Abraham Lincoln, a Northerner and product of the Republican party, faced opposition from Southern Democrats to such a great extent that he did not even make the ballot in the South. The South was so angry at the prospect of a Northern Republican becoming president and possibly interfering with their rights that upon Lincoln s election, they seceded from the Union, leading up to the bloodiest war the United States had ever taken part in: the Civil War. This lack of conflict resolution ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This set of 6 proposed Constitutional amendments was one of the last congressional attempts to preserve the union without resorting to a full blown war with the South. This proposal was ineffective because Congress found that the proposed amendments, one of which would have made slave ownership a Constitutional right in the South, conceded too much to Southern extremists and thus it was never passed. This compromise also would have extended the slave demarcation line, splitting the United States in two sections and exacerbating the extent to which their were two divisive political parties; one for Northern rights and one for Southern rights. By the time the Crittenden Compromise was proposed slavery was no longer an issue which only pertained to the maintenance of a political balance of power but it had also become a moral issue. This made Northern voters much less likely to support a compromise that did not directly place a limit on slavery, much less one that made it a Constitutional Amendment. With Northern voters beginning to vehemently stand up for their beliefs against slavery and state authority and Southern voters still refusing to back down from theirs, the ineffectiveness of past compromises was ... • 27. The Fundamental Issue Of Stakeholder Management INTRODUCTION Stakeholder theory The fundamental issue in stakeholder management is to specify stakeholders or answer this question that who stakeholders are. There is not much agreement on stakeholder definition among researchers and project management experts. Mitchel states that various concepts in relation to stakeholder definition is due to their views to organisation or firm. So there are narrow and broad definitions. For instance, Freeman s definition is broad one. He defines stakeholder as any group or individual who can affect or be affected by the achievement of organisation or firm s objectives. In contrast, Clarkson has narrower view as he considers risk for stakeholder concept. He believes this risk is due to form of investment in that firm. In fact, basis of narrow view can be due to limitation in resources, budget, time or form of organisation s asset. PMBOK s stakeholder definition is similar to Freeman s definition. The only difference is that organisation is also can be a stakeholder and influence or impact can be due to decision or outcome of a project. Management of stakeholders in projects Project stakeholder management contains processes to identify stakeholders, their expectations, concerns, needs, interests and their influences in the first step and then to adopt appropriate management strategies to engage the identified stakeholders in project execution in the next step. They have become concerned because of t shirts showing indecent messages and obscene language. Every day this issue progresses more and more. This has now gotten so out of hand that this school must make a rule in the code of conduct preventing message t shirts. South Hadley has become troubled with the safety of both students and faculty. If this irresponsible behavior goes on much longer the school may not be an exceptional learning environment for students. South Hadley High School is one of the numerous schools forced to correct dress code. Dozens of students neglect to realize what harm they are causing by their profane images and slogans depicted on their clothes. Regulating t shirts is desirable for three reasons. Age plays a large role, students saying hurtful things, and teaching about language is a school s job. Without a doubt, public schools should regulate message t shirts. The main reason that public schools should control message t shirts is that age plays a large role. While growing up the mind of a child is still expanding as is their ability to have rational decisions. For example, in adolescent years adults can expect the teen to do a task such as babysitting, but would never ask that from a toddler. As young people age, they are allotted more decisions for themselves. This is why it is very vital for public schools to manage message t shirts, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

However, the ongoing economic crisis in Venezuela is an especially notable case which requires pragmatic and feasible solutions. Many assert that the current crisis, which has its roots in corruption and over dependency on oil, is best solved by economic diversification. Others have argued that the best solution is to request foreign aid, such as that from the International Monetary Fund. In spite of this, a combination of history, economics, and logic would indicate that the best solution is to curb the government s excessive control of the economy.
