provide for their full access to these
programmes.

“disbandment of private armed groups” are
mainstreamed in the peace agreement
signed in March 2014 by the government
and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front

violence prevention and/or reduction of
violence on the ground

capacitated on the skills of early warning
and early response, arms control, conflict
resolution, mediation, monitoring of
human rights and IHL violations as well as

indigenous traditions that they may help

conflict-communities

women peacekeeping team as part of the Civilian
Protection Component of the International Monitoring
