Daily intake of orders, order entry and scheduling the shipment of orders. Direct communication of customers
and ensuring all information was collected to fulfill orders. Domestic and International scheduling and
shipping, that included the inbound of raw materials and outbound of manufactured goods. Accounts
Receivable entry and collections. Procurement from the Purchase Order request, approval to the acceptance of
goods for Quality Control to approve. Managing the Document Control process and adhering to the ISO
(International Organization of Standards) guidelines. Day to Day correspondence for the President and CEO,
Letter Logs and confidential letters for CEO, CFO and RSO. Managing the computer network and users on the
network, problem solving within the entire building if network was down or interrupted. Create new users and
identify permissions for each. Direct ordering of Isotopes and determining our needs for each order; following
though from the Purchase Order request to the Quality Inspection of the material. Employee Scheduling and
management of all Office Equipment and supplies as needed. Invoicing and records management, support to
each department using the necessary information as needed. Accounting "fill in" if needed. Customer
Accounts Manager for all segments, transportation, Nuclear Medicine, Iodine, Miscellaneous and Topaz.
Gemstone management which included detailed inventory analysis and data entry each month. Scheduling

International Isotopes which included letter writing, email correspondence, travel arrangements, scheduling
meetings, presenting presentations on his behalf and escorting visitors for tours.
