SKILLS
Proven Leadership: Since 1996 I have led Marines and others in every position I have
ever held from military to civilian life. I am fair and honest. I believe in providing the
essential tools to help employees conduct their jobs in a safe and proficient manner. And
just the same ensuring the job is done to the best of everyone’s ability and meet or exceed
expectations.
Communications: I believe communication is the key to success. Without ensuring
everyone is on the same page and truly understand the goal you are not working as a
cohesive team. Results will vary and integrity of the work may be compromised. I have
extended experience with two way radios, base console units, personal, phone and computer
communications. I have the ability to effectively and professionally communicate
in all aspects expected within and without the realm of normal operations.
Motivation: I have a strong desire to be a major part of a company’s growth. To find new
ways to effectively make things better while reducing overhead and maintaining employee
satisfaction. I want to be a part of the solution and not the problem.
Teamwork: Teamwork plays a vital role in today’s society. Without it, things often tend
to fall apart or become the norm for individuals to focus solely on themselves while missing
the main objective or goals the company seeks.
Dependable: From starting out at the bottom rung of the ladder of success I have been on
both sides of the fence, both as employee and supervisor. I have been very successful at
working both as a general employee and as a supervisor of those employees with
complete satisfaction. I am there for the company as well as the employees.
Multi-tasking: I enjoy the ability and opportunity to multi-task. I believe it keeps a fresh
perspective on the job and keeps one from getting into a routine which is hard to recover
from. It also allows for more creative thinking and possible changes to make things better
within the working environment.
Responsibility: I believe in taking responsibility for my actions as well as those within my
ability to change things in a positive manner. Honesty and Integrity is strongly engraved
within my work ethic.
Commitment: I am committed to the company I work for and the employees I work with.
I will always ensure if it needs to be done it will be done and to correct any issues
should they arise. They will be accomplished by working together and with management to
ensure success.
