MANAGEMENT
· While operating as an independent contractor since exiting the USMC in 2008 I have worked independently on my as
well as for many other companies in many types of leadership management rolls. I managed and operated an Amazon
Fulfillment center to being a super intendent for Southern Property Improvers. All of which I have reached or exceeded
goals and tasks given to me by upper levelmanagement.
COMPUTER SKILLS
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I am fluent in all today’s technology to keep up with demand
and managing information for communication and planning.
COMMUNICATION
· I believe my communication is the key to success, which is why I strive and push communication on all of my colleagues
to ensure no information goes unnoticed to prevent success. I have taken communication classes and training from
college, the Marines, and management training I received from Amazon. Without communication we are in the blind as
to what we are trying to achieve as a collective unit.
LEADERSHIP
· My leadership training started at a young age.As I quickly achieved rank in the Marines I was forced in to a leadership
role at the age of 19 in a combat zone in Iraq where people lives depended on my leadership and decision making.
During my two years serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom with Regimental Combat Team 2 I returned every man home
safely.
· USMC sent me to numerous leadership training courses and refresher courses throughout my 4 year enlistment.
· While trying to finish my and obtain my bachelor’s degree I have taken more courses on leadership to expand my
knowledge of what I pride myself to be, a great leader.

OWNER | R&R RENOVATIONS | MARCH 08-PRESENT
 I have owned and operated as an independent contractor for myself since exiting the Marines in March 2008.
Keeping up with my own books, bidding work, following and keeping up with construction codes, and providing
customer with quality craftsmanship they can be proud of.
 Served as a subcontractor for many other companies, installing windows, doors, multiple types of flooring,
cabinets, countertops, and many other installation objectives in households and commercial real-estate.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT | SOUTHERN PROPERTY IMPROVERS| SEPTEMBER 15-PRESENT
 Organize and manage the remodels and historic renovations of Heritage Green Apartments.
 Planning and organizing daily production of sub-contractors on the job site.
 Ensure all subcontractor are producing quality work and all stipulations in contracts.
 Write back charges for all quality issues and damages from subcontractors.
 Ensure all materials are on site and readily available for subs.
 Walk the job site daily planning and preplanning for future moves for completion of work site.

 Attend daily production meetings to talk about process improvements and changes to fix further problems.

 I served as a lead supervisor for all aspects of an Amazon fulfillment center in Shepherdsville,KY.
 Responsible for tracking and maintaining all aspects of operation with daily and hourly reports to ensure
success.
 Organizing and moving associates to different processes to make sure all operation goals are met and staffed
sufficiently to guarantee completion in a timely manner.
 Problem solve any issues that may surface that could be detrimentalto the daily operation.

 Served my country honorably for 4 years and completed two successful year long deployments to Operation

 Entered the Marines as a basic diesel mechanic and quickly moved through the military ranks by going above
and beyond the call of duty.
 From my dedication to duty and display of leadership I quickly rose through the military rank structure reaching
E-5 Sergeant in only 3 years and one month.
 Completed multiple leadership courses and classes to help me strive and motivate others and myself to be the
best we can to our ability.
 Through my hard work and dedication to duty I was awarded two Naval Achievement medals for providing the
Marine Corps with outstanding support and dedication to duty.
 Learned all the skills necessary for any operation of business to run and be successful.
