Leadership At Its Finest
The structure of a company is founded upon the greatness of the people who work
there. Being a part of this company for so many years shows the hard work my employees and
myself have put in. The core values of this company is what makes it strive. One business, hard
work and team effort never fails when it comes to this company. Even though we have great
values, I expect the highest standards for my employees.
There are some responsibilities and expectations my employees have to maintain. Being
on time and ready to work is essential for starting the day off great. I enforce this policy by
checking ime logs and having a one-on-one conversation if needed. Employees also know if
they do not keep this policy enforced they will no longer have a place in this company. Another
responsibility I have for my employees is to have great time management skills. My employees
need to be able to accomplish all tasks provided to them in efficient time and effort. There are
strict deadlines provided to ensure this is enforced. These expectations are not negotiable and
will be obtained by the employees when working for this company. I expect these employees to
have these high expectations for themselves as I do for them.
Priorities must also be made and maintained to ensure the company can succeed. The
main priorities of the company are making sure employees have the materials to succeed. We
give them space and ensuren materials are always provided when needed. My main concern is
to make sure my employees are treated with the respect they deserve and so they can be
successful. One thing that I do not tolerate is employee irresponsibility. I rely on my employees
to get the job done when needed and on time. It really grinds me when an employee can not do
what is needed to be done. Therefore, I believe this company will keep succeeding with my
plans and expectations. This company will grow more than ever before.
When it comes to my list of ethics, I believe that everyone should be honest and open in
the workplace in order to deal with any conflicts that may arise so that the members of the
workplace can have a healthy relationship with each other. I do not allow any romantic
relationships in my workplace or anything else that could bring problems into the workplace. I
also expect that everyone on the team be respectful to each other and remember that no matter
one’s rankings, we are all ethically on the same level.
