This document discusses the MOMRA EPMO initiative in Saudi Arabia and its opportunities and challenges. It proposes establishing an Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to better manage projects, consolidate reporting, standardize PMO operations, and improve strategic alignment, portfolio management, and benefits realization. The EPMO could help increase on-time and on-budget project delivery, meet business goals, and improve organizational agility through a focus on quick response, flexibility, and supporting initiatives, talent, culture change, and smart processes. Establishing an EPMO faces challenges regarding funding, data, resistance to change, and effective communication.
