Summary
A total of 33 years study and work experience most of which are in Saudi Aramco. Most of
my experience is in Quality and Inspection services at Saudi Aramco, progressing from
assistant inspector to the Sr. Supervisor of Projects Inspection Section managing 70+
employees. The rest of my career was with Applus Velosi Saudi Arabia, a third party
inspection company as a Country Manager from foundation to growing the company to 400+
employees and SR100+ millions of yearly revenue and last two years as Business and
Training Consultant.

Senior Supervisor (PQM Project Quality Manager): Southern Area Projects
Inspection Section (SAPIS), leading two units, 3 groups each, with a total manning
of 70 employees constitutes of quality supervisors and inspectors of various
disciplines. The section provides technical and QA/QC inspection services on
medium size capital civil, pipelines and plants projects. As a PQM, I had the
responsibility to plan, develop and monitor the implementation of inspection and
testing procedures, quality assurance and quality control programs that result in new
facilities be constructed to applicable codes and standards.

Team Leader: Zero Based Manpower Study - The main objective of the study was
to identify opportunities to improve the quality and timing of services to customers,
and align work processes based on Department functional requirements. The study
resulted in streamlining several work processes, introduced some new processes,
eliminated one process and improved operations efficiencies leading to ability of
delivering functional requirements with lesser number of employees compared to
existing manpower.
