 Achieved zero fatalities during the construction phase of the project, with HSE awarded by the Construction
Authority for Water and Waste Water (CAPW) for safely completing six million hours without any recordable
injuries.
 Successfully applied solutions and led the project team in recovering 10 months of delay in the
engineering phase (24% of project duration).
 Completed over 180,000 m3 concrete works 1,500,000 m3 earthworks and 30.000 LM of pipes, varying
from HDPE 150mm to RC 3000mm.
 Steered a professional project team consisting of planners, cost engineers, risk and contract staff, to
