Main Responsibilities:
Works in Cost control Core Team at Head Office:
Attend initial project meeting in order to collect project cost estimation and resources data
prior to project mobilization to create Project Budget
Liaise with other respective project Engineers from other traits to obtain accurate actual cost on
a daily basis and also using Oracle ERP to collect the financials books and compare it together
Perform cost management activities including comparison between forecasted and actual
project cost to ensure compliance with project cost related procedures including allocated
resources on an ongoing basis using PROLOG (Project Management Software system).
Prepare and issue the monthly cost reports to reach the managing office and all other
authorized recipients.
To analyze and highlight any major cost variances and advice the project management and
other site staff for their timely corrective actions.
Regularly review the project forecast costs, forecast revenues including any variation orders,
and budget at forecast quantity, and report the results to the project management.
